i think it's anyone's tranlation. "cool like plastic"... could mean that it is the sensation/the feel of... the girl? like the skin of the girl is cool and smooth to the touch like plastic. i read somewhere that he likes girls with a very... i guess mannequin-sque figure. like... yeah i guess a perfect model-like body. oh hmmm couldn't make that connection to the lyric there, guess that's just a random fact i'll throw in. neutral but yeah... could be about the girl's physical feel, girl's personality, could be about sex toys, the sex itself, etc. the line is anyone's translation, only he would know the actual meaning/interpretation. you'll have to ask him. 3nodding

Hm, I thought it had to do with Plastic Surgery but now that I've read other idea I am not so sure... Any of those could be a possiblity... Now I'm kind of leaning toward the "plastic generates no warmth, therefore neither does the girl he sings about" theory.
Now that I think about it that theory makes the most sense with the rest of his lyrics...
