"Wherever you and Ravi go, be safe, my friend." Rehani replied, keeping her eyes on Kirjava. The princess almost wished she could go with her friend and her young one, but leaving home, Denahi, and her cubs just... wasn't possible, she didn't think. "I have three. Baakir, Ezeoha, and a little girl named Bari." Oh sure, Bari had a longer name, but no one used it.
Baakir watched Ravi as he ran away, smiling happily. Time to play! After a few moments, he took off after the other juvenile. He wasn't that hard to keep sight of, a red beacon in a sea of green.

Crimson eyes blinked before a smile slowly spread across her features. "Three cubs, how wonderful Rehani!" Kirjava thought for a moment what it'd be like to have more cubs, but then shook the thought away. Ravi was enough for her, and she loved him dearly. She flicked her tail softly, "It's been so long, it felt like ages ago..." She paused for a moment as a memory caught up with her, "Speaking of old friends...I had actually met Denahi in the desert while I was in the Firekin. We didn't speak all that much for but a few moments, I don't think he remembered me."
Turning his head back, golden eyes caught sight of Baakir chasing after him. Ravi began to see the difference in running on the grass and running in the sand. He was used to his paws sinking slightly and therefore, his run was slightly choppy. He turned and ran in the other direction and looked back to see where Baakir was. He was having fun!

"It is. Then again, just having cubs was wonderful enough." Of course, her cubs weren't always with her, and in that she considered Kirjava lucky. She hadn't seen much of Ezeoha since they had left the den and come to join the rest of the pride. Baakir was the cub she saw the most. Her only daughter, though she didn't know it at the time, was going to leave the pride. Rehani frowned as Kirjava mentioned Denahi. So she had seen him. "He is no longer with those red-pelted devils either." She gave a small smile, looking in the direction of the two young ones playing. "You can't really see it in him until he feels threatened, really. He's Denahi's cub too."
Baakir grinned, his pace picking up. This was his land, his home! Soon he would know every nook, every cranny... well, almost every. He wouldn't go near the watering hole until he needed a drink. As Ravi turned, he gave a small skid in the grass, making a wide turn to pursue his prey. He sped himself up as much as he could, gaining quickly on the other player. As he got closer, he lunged, trying to grab the other's tail.
