Ok..I think I have a crush on a friend of mine. Shes nice, kind, sweet, funny, we get along, and we like a lot of the same things. And as a bonest she is fine with me being bi. However, she has a bf in other state and I dont think she's bi. I want to try to get closer to her. But lets face it, I'm a wuse when it comes to these things. I've never flirted in my life, and if I have I didnt know I was doing it. redface sweatdrop I want to be suddled but at lest show her I kinda like her more then a friend. sweatdrop

Subtlety is good. I try to be subtle too. Though sometimes when I can't figure out how to get my message across the subtle way, I remember what Sailor Jupiter said in the DiC dub, "Nothing like the direct approach."

Okay, start off with some standard flirting. Wear two shirts and when she is around take one of them off while she is looking at you. Line up activites to do with her and dress up a bit nicer than usual. Lots of smiles while gazing right into her eyes and winking are good things. Oh, try to find excuses to be around her and to touch her. When you are sitting next to her and either rest your head on her shoulder, and another time after a few subtle signs of affection take her hand into your's. After a couple weeks of small signs you like her, give here a back massage where as you are behind her massaging her back you pause and lean/snuggle agaist her. If asks what you are doing, tell her, "I just really like you."

And eventually if you don't get any objection about your affections towards her (and she still doesn't get it), as you rest your head on her shoulder, look up and gaze deep into her eyes and either quote or tell her a derivative of, "I know you have a boyfriend, but the truth is I like you alot. For [insert length of time] I've desired more than just friendship between us. I've been afraid to tell you because of how you might respond." Than maybe touch your lips lightly to her's.

Okay: My parents (or at least my mom) are beginning to guess that I'm not exactly straight. My mom says she won't be disappointed in me if I'm a lesbian, but I don't really believe her, so I can't bring myself to come out. What should I do?

Um...I hate to say this, but the odds are you won't be able to. Knowing how most girls are, she's probably loyal to her bf and will not betray him. And you shouldn't betray your gf either. Just because you don't see her that much is no reason to start looking around at other girls. If you do, you'll lose the g/f you have. And if you truely do love her and she means everything to you, you'll go mad if you lose her. I know that from personal experience, that happened to one of my friends.
