“Nothing bad, I just have never heard of that before. It sounds like you are lucky, two mothers to love you.”
*Ausi smiled, sitting down once more. She felt a light chill run down her back side and with w giggle she fixed that. So maybe she was out of it, and maybe she was a bit on the odd side. The cub meant no harm. Licking her left paw she kept her eyes wide and fixed upon him, as if to make sure he wasn’t going to pull anything funny.
With a slight grace to her movements the cub stopped what she was doing and eyed over to the side, past the male before her. Something had made her stop, something large. Her ears moved back along side her skull as she slowly inched herself closer to the male beside her; moving as if she was in fear. What was that moving in the distance...?*
"...What is that?"
*The little female asked softly, motioning in the direction of the moving object. The creature was farley large in size and had talon like claws where its paws should have been. It was black all over with a pointed nose. Ausi had never seen such a sight.*

Fedha blinked lightly, then shrugged. You could put it that way, two mothers to love a family of four. Actually it was quite the lovely little family, two females and two males. Well, Fedha didn't really get family stuff and he doubted his siblings did either. He didn't honestly care, they were how they were. Just like he was how he was. His gaze flicked toward her and he tensed up as she began to move close to him again.
"Cool it, will you? I... I don't like you that close." That was probably the first time he had to admit something like that, the first time he had to make another stop behaving in a way that made him uncomfortable. Usually it was the other way around.
But he realized her movements were a little awkward, and then her question came. His gaze came off of her, which it had been on the whole time, and he turned himself about, gaze wide as it flickered through the leaves and vines and such. It landed on the beast ahead, his heart rate starting to pick up. "Uuuh..." What was that was a good question indeed! But he had exactly the right answer. "It is something that is cause for getting the heck out of here!" He hissed out, nipping her as he turned to do so, glancing over his shoulder.

“What?!”
*Ausi’s eyes, as wide as black holes now pulled away from the black colored beast and jerked forward as she felt a n** pass her. Why was he running? What was going on? The little female didn’t care to ask, she simply ran after him, following his direction. What on earth was that thing- she wanted to ask but found it hard to due to her movement. The cub’s paws pushed forward as she pulled herself to move beside him, though keeping her distance.*
“Where are we going?!”

How the hell should he know where they were going? He was just running! He thought fast and turned a sharp right. "We're going someplace safe." He said back, not explaining much. He was headed for his viewing rock, as he thought of it. Too bad it was a little far from her home, right?
After a little bit they got to his rock, it was large and flat and it was big enough for three cubs. He lept onto it once they got to it, hunched over and panting once he'd stopped. Once he regained his breath a little he grumbled. "What the heck, there shouldn't be creepy things around here." He muttered softly, more to himself than to her.

*With a soft gasp Ausi jumped onto the rock and slid onto it roughly, panting deeply. She had forgotten about how far off they had run. Right now all that seemed to matter was being safe, and away from the black beast with wings. Her eyes sprung open as she laid herself upon the rock; her red tipped paws inching out before her. Her chest puffed up and down as her heart rate changed, boy what a rush. Resting herself down the tiny female panted softly, before speaking.*
“Where are we now?”
*She asked; eyeing around slowly.*
“What is this place?”

Fedha thought a moment about lying, since this was his place and his alone. But he figured it didn't matter much... she would not come back to it, would she? He stretched slowly, a yawn stretching his jaws. Turning himself about he eyed her a moment. Why did she have to come on the rock too? Maybe he should push her off... He huffed and sat himself down, in a very lioness-like manner.
"We're at the borders." He stated, if she wanted more information she could ask. And he just might give her the answer, too.

*With a soft sigh Ausi moved herself up; her tail swayed along her side as she sat down; eyeing her new surroundings. This was different, and she couldn’t see home at all now. The cub sat for a while and kept all of her words in; nothing was said at all. She seemed to faze in and out of mind set, thinking about what had just happened and what her father would do when he couldn’t find her. After recapping she stopped and eyed over at him softly. He was sitting himself just like she was. Was he mocking her? With a light smile the cub puffed out her chest and face, and closed her eyes. Maybe if she did this he would mock it too, that would be funny.*

Indeed he wasn't mocking, not on purpose. But when he saw her perform this action he did screw up his face, in confusement. After a moment he rose, slowly heading over to her. Not as close as she'd gotten to him, but still close. "What the hell are you doing?" He questioned, head tilted to the side.
After a moment he poked her in the forehead with his paw, wanting her to stop.

*Unable to hold herself up, due to his force the cub was sent back; falling over her own tail. Her red tipped paws hung over her chest as she lay on her backside; eyeing up at the sky with puffed cheeks. She was awkward, but that was fine with her. Her white belly pushed up and down as she yawed, letting go of her silly expressions.*
“I don’t know what I’m doing.”
*Kicking herself back up Ausi smiled again and licked at her front paws, before standing in front of Fedha. Her eyes laced along his ears, eyes and then nose. Why did she enjoy being around him, even though this was her first day of knowing him, she felt like she had made a friend, but she would not tell him that, he may not like the idea of having her as one. So instead she would keep it to herself, always.
Some time passed before she spoke again, sitting down in front of him.*
“…Your eyes are lovely.”
*She spoke with a light tone, moving a bit lower. Her body now rested upon the cold stone; her wide eyes gazing up at him, before trailing off to the rock that lay under her. She rested herself down, taking in air lightly as she thought. Maybe this life wouldn’t be so bad, if she could be like this always, maybe she would be happy.*
“So this is your rock..?”

Fedha blinked a little, his brow ridges arching up. She didn't know what she was doing? She was so strange! He shifted backwards a little and sat himself down again, pondering her a little. This was probably the longest he'd been in any other cub's company, besides when he was forced to share the company of his siblings.
Lovely? His ears twitched back lightly and he coughed. "Heh." He muttered, not really sure what to reply. Compliments certainly were a little odd. "I know they are." He finally said, looking smug. There, he wasn't nice or mean in response. Well, maybe a little mean.
He shifted a little and let himself lay down, resting on his side so he could look up at the sky as well as keep a watch on her. "Of course this is my rock." He muttered. So he had to of told her anyways.

“Why this rock..?”
*Ausi asked softly, her paws reaching out slightly as she stretched herself, yawning. Cool air passed both cubs, flipping her white mane about. She was so content right now; maybe it was because of all of the excitement. After all she had made a friend, got away from a unknown enemy and now was relaxing. Today was a good day. Laying on her belly the little mist eyed him still, as if learning from everything he spoke. It was nice having someone else to talk to, other then family. This change was a good one.*
“And why so far away from everything else?”

Fedha thought about not answering her but he figured why not, she wasn't that bad, and certainly she wasn't as annoying as, oh say... Ny. "This rock... because I like it's shape. And it's height, and I like that it's right at the boarders. It's a good place to go when I don't want my sisters or brothers to come looking for me." That answered both of her questions with one reply, and he was satisfied.
The only thing he didn't like about this rock was that his visions were most frequent while he took naps here. He did not know they were visions, he just knew they were odd dreams. He didn't bothers confiding in her, though. That was his secret, and his alone.

“Bothers and sisters...”
*Ausi had no bothers, though she knew her father wanted one more then anything, she had hear him one night speaking to mother about it. What was that like, to have both? The cub’s eyes narrowed softly as she rested herself down; her tail flicking from side to side. She was very still, but still took the time to speak to him, after all, his conversation wasn’t so bad.*
“Do you ever wish you could get away from here?”
*With a upside down gaze she asked, eyeing at him. She had rolled onto her back, before slipping onto her side, so that she could face him. She lay beside him, though not next to him, not close enough to make him feel awkward. Like a inverted image she eyed him, her paws moving closer to her chest.*

He blinked a little, and let his gaze rest fully on the clouds high above, peaking through the tree leaves. Get away from this place. "Yes." He said, softly. "Sort of." He liked it here better than anywhere else, it was much prettier... but it was very boring as well. He kept having strange dreams about traveling, too.
"What about you?"

“I’d like to see what else is out there, you know? The world is a big place, or so I have been told. I wouldn’t mind seeing it, moving around- but I think I want to stay in this pride, forever. Being a part of this place means a lot to my family, I’d like to do that for them, even if I do go see the world, I’d come back here in the end.”
*Though her words were faint, she got her point across. She had an idea of what she wanted to do and see, but would never fully know until she got the chance to see it. Life seemed endless for her right now, because of her age. She had all the time in the world to venture off on her own, right now everything seemed simple, and it was soothing.*
“You know, you aren’t that bad...”
*She added with a smile, before yawning. Ausi’s claws extend out from her paws as she purred, gripping on to the rock playfully. This was nice.*
“And you know, this is a good rock."
