The young male took a deep breath and felt cocky he escaped the big ugly hyena with some great speed he felt proud off himself heh this was something he could tell his siblings and others.
" Ok hyena...are you out there? you know it's stupid chasing me because you will never get me anyway and besides don't you have better things to do then chasing dogs? "
He hoped she would get tired and leave him alone so he could get back to his family..

"Quiet you!", the Hyena snapped. Pacing back and forth, the female continued to growl, quite angry that her delightful prey had gotten away from her. She was hungry and she wanted food now, not when it felt like coming out of hole in a tree.
"Get out of there.. I'm starving here!", she snapped at him once more.

Demani couldn't understand why she didn't chase something bigger and less fast she looked like a good hunter so maybe he just had been lucky? naaa he was good at running he always had been. But now he didn't know what to do how could he convine her?
" Um well miss i am not the biggest pray you could get around here...why not try something bigger and slower? and besides i want to go home to my mom and my siblings "
The juvenile got a more serious tone in his voice, didn't she have babies on her own? didn't she know how it felt loosing someone? well he did because his sister had got missing recently..
" You know i can't be your food because then i can never be strong enough to find my sister! "

"Oh... So you have siblings too huh? How delightful... Such fresh.. And young prey to feast upon.. And don't worry about your sister. I could find her for you.. But don't expect her to come back once I do."
The Hyena chuckled, loving to intimidate the young ones.

The male dog didn't look happy down there in the hole why was she so stupid?did some animals really think like that? no wounder why she was alone who would ever want to be with her..he felt sorry for her not being loved could make you go crazy sometimes.
" I feel sorry for you ok...i meen who could ever love someone like you? "
And he had to survive because he need to see his sister once more.

That pushed the Hyena over the edge right there, making her lunge at the tree, only hurting her shoulder in the process. After hearing a rather loud crack, the female backed away from the tree, whimpering somewhat.
"No one loves me.. Because of what I am.. And who I have become.... Why do you feel sorry for me? You're just a simple pup! You could never understand..."

The juvenile jumped a little when he heared the crash or he felt the tree moving a little then he heard a crack..what was that noise? maybe she hurt herself that was never good hurting herself over some food he knew that too from his hunting lessons..
" I didn't meen to hurt you but being all mean like that doesn't help anyone...not you and not anyone else...of course i can understand i come from a loving home and they always carred about me but if i lost all that i would probably go crazy "
He sighed and remaind under the tree...he was smart for being so young but it wasn't often he used his brain.

"You don't know the meaning of crazy kid.. Crazy is when you've lost it all and you have nothing left except painful memories of the good times and the fur on your backside. You have no dignity... No family... No love from anybody... Not even your own pack..."
Sighing some, the female Hyena lay herself down in front of the hole in the tree, starting to lick her paw, slowly making her way up to her shoulder, the part that had been sacrificed in an effortless manner.

He sighed maybe he didn't know but he could imagine he rememberd being sad and upset over loosing his sister but she was somewhere there and he was always welcome home his life was maybe perfect then...it felt so now.
" I am sorry i can just imagine but you are right i don't know...umm you hurt yourself out there? "
That cracking noise didn't sound so good at all..

"Yes, I'm hurt!", she snapped at him, not meaning to though. Pain began to flow down her arm and then back up, into her body. She grit her teeth hard, both her dark red eyes closing, trying her best to deal with the pain that she had received.

Hm he should probably go out and help her and besides she couldn't chase her when she was hurt that would just be stupid. Slowley he started to crawl near the entrence off the hole and tried peeking out..
" I am comming out ok but no trying to eat me...i just want to take a look at your injury ok "
He sounded confident maybe he shouldn't trust her but this female needed some attention and loving and with that he crawled out from the hole.

Growling some, the Hyena nodded, continuing to lick at her paw and arm. It hurt and it hurt a lot. If this pup dared to even move it what so ever, she'd snap at him in an instant, not caring if she just hurt him or not.
"What's your name pup..?"

Demani looked up at the female with his golden eyes and tilted his head to the side and looking all cute and innocent. This female reminded him a little off a female at his pack she always felt left out and didn't know what to do sometimes..
" I am Demani! what is yours? that was a nasty injury to bad i don't know so much about them but the elders at my pride use to eat the skin from the tree to heal when they get sick i never tried it but maybe it works "

Looking down at her wound, she whinced some, growling under her breath at the pain that flowed onward.

He grinned and wagged his tail almost like a helicopter this dog was full off energy and was probably faster then pups in his age. He looked at ther wound again and raised an eyebrown looking at her...he get her the skin from that tree? why would he...
" Oh me? why should i help you after you tried to eat me? "
He growled and was thinking off running away to his home..
