Journal Entry Eight
I met this amazing pae the other day. Her name is Ducky and she's actually got a grandma! Surprisingly enough I know some of her family, Jazz and Hula Bob and all of them. Any ways, we went for a walk and she showed me a few paths in the woods that I didn't know about, and then I took her to my favorite spot.
I just can't believe how much I like her! I mean Unc Tris told me what it was like to have a crush or be in love, but I didn't think it would feel like this! I guess words really can't even begin to describe how this feels.
Okay I may be over exaggerating a bit, but I really like Ducky and I think she likes me back, but next time I see her I know I'll find out how she feels about me! I think I might even love her, I can't wait to find out how she feels about me! Oh and the highlight that I don't think I'll ever forget, our firt kiss! I can't believe how much I enjoyed it, or how much fun she turned out to be! I can't tell if this is pure passion or if this is something deeper, but I know I want to keep seeing Ducky.

Journal Entry Twelve
Okay, I can't believe this happened, at all. Ducky asked me to come over yesterday, and well we got to talking and... Oh god, I can't believe I got myself into this mess.. Ducky's pregnant! I won't leave her, or do anything that would hurt the baby/babies or her, so the most that I could do would have been stopping talking to her, but I can't do that either cause I love her soo much. In the end I decided that I would build us a new house so that we can raise a family together and not have the same kind of realtionship that Starry and Dad have. We decided that Starry isn't to know about this, cause she would either break me in half, or she would pamper Ducky to the point of insanity so that she doesn't have unhealthy grandchildren... I might have to tell Dad though, he's a bit more understanding than Starry is... I still can't believe I got into this mess...

I’m going to need three things if I’m going to make it. I’m going to need the base material for it, the setting, and the gem itself. Now the materials I’m going to leave up to you, since you know what your chosen mate would like better than I would, and I would like the mention the better the quality of the material, the better job I can do. Though, with my talent, anything will do. Now where you go about getting these materials is all up to you, though might I make a few suggestions? The best gems I’ve ever seen are found in the caves deep under To’ul… Though, most of them are hard to find, and the inhabitants down there aren’t too keen at letting Pae take their gems. Though I’m sure you can manage to get something if you’re cunning and careful about it. Now, in my professional and personal opinion, the best place to get the base material for this kind of pendant is probably the Loki Nei forest. There are all sorts of wonderful things just lying around there! Did I say lying around? Whoops, I meant guarded by Fae or Animal spirits… Haha… Anyway, I’m sure if you’re smart you can find something good. Let’s see, the best place to snag a setting would probably be the lake, lots of good magical adhesives there I’ve found, really your fair pick. Though, being as there’s a lot of water, you might have to get your feet wet. Oh, and watch out for the eels, they’re a bit snippy… ((Note: A setting is traditionally a metal “cage” meant to hold a gem in place on a piece of jewelry. Usually it is soldered in place after the gem is fitted. In the case of this quest, feel free to use anything that might hold the gem to the base material.)) Well there you go! Now I’d love to help you go look, but I’ve really got a few things I have to work on, so good luck!
Next was the base materail in the middle of the Loki Nei Forest. Great, one more place he didn't want to go since his mother lived there. Well at least he knew where he was going because he had grown up there for the first bit of his life. Okay, this wouldn't be that bad, if he could get his arms to change back. Though he was near the material that he wanted to get for her, he didn't want to confront the fae that gaurded it while his arms were still furry. "Damnit, why won't you change back?" He demanded of his arms, one still clutching the Ruby he had taken from To'ul. Slowly his arms changed back, though it took a great deal of time for them to return entirely to normal. The last thing to change were his nails, so he got up and walked over to the silver lying on the ground. Instantly a fae appeared, holding a staff towards Junior tellling him that he had better not take the material. "Please Fae, I would like this silver for a wedding ring." Junior said, hoping a simple plea would work. To his dismay, it didn't and the fae stood immobile. "What do I have to do to aquire this silver?" He asked, kneeling to show the fae respect.
"You must describe your love for this young lady." the fae said, changing the direction of the staff so that it was now there to support him as he stood there.
Junior nodded, it was a simple enough task, though he would have to think. THere were no words that could describe the way he loved Ducky. "May I have a moment to think?" Junior asked, waiting for the Fae to reply. Alowly the fae nodded, alowing him to think. A few moments later he opened his mouth, "I love Ducky like the ocean... No that won't do... I love her like the trees love water, like leaves need the sun." he shook his head, this was not a good description, not a good one at all. "There is no way to describe the way I love her, only that I love her with all my heart, and I will love the children she is carrying right now just as much." The fae bowed, stepping aside to let Junior take the silver that he had been looking for. "Thank you Fae." He said, picking up the silver and putting it in the same hand as the ruby.
Last but not least was the setting. He would have to swim for this thing, but he knew what he was looking for. Clay, but he would have to dig a massive hole to find any. He changed his arms back to that of a polar bear since he hadn't brought anything to dig with and the bear arms were much more suited for digging than his normal hands. It took a good couple of hours for him to find anything near clay. Though it took several more to find the kind that he was looking for. It was a large hole in the ground near the lake, and he had gotten very wet since he had to dig close to the water line. "Well it took me a very long time, but I got all three items. Now off to that weird guy that told me where to go." He said and headed back to that place to get the ring made.
When it was finished he smiled and walked out. The next thing to do was to find Ducky and ask her. The only thing he didn't know was how to ask. She should be back at their house, and he could just ask her there, but then he might send her into contractions... This was going to be more complicated than he thought.

A page of Junior's Journal has been magically taken over, and enchanted to speak upon being opened. It delivers the following message.

Junior nearly dropped his journal when it spoke to him, but held it together once he heard happy couple. "To'ul mountain?" He muttered, "Isn't that where I went to get the ruby for Ducky's ring?" Junior asked himself, shutting the journal. This took presidence over anything else right now. There was no way that he could hear this and not take action.

Quickly he put Sari into her crib and called his old sitter to make sure that the children would be okay, because for some reason Ducky had left that morning. "Thanks, I'm off now. I'll try and make it quick." He said to Keran, heading out the door. They were far enough away from the mountain, that it took a decent amount of time to get there, but it was also a great veiw when they made it there.

Shale: Curious.... would you care to step things farther....?
Sari: *blinks* What do you mean?
Shale: *takes a deep breath, then gently holds her at arms length, looking into her eyes* Would you consider... marrying me....?
Sari: *eyes roll backwards, body falling forward into his arms*
Shale: *worried* Sari...? Sari! *supporting her*
Sari: *comes back after a minute* Shale.. I had the craziest dream
Shale: Oh....?
Sari: You asked me to marry you *giggles, blushing at the thought*
Shale: That... was no dream, Sari. I want you to be my fiance,,, and then my bride
Sari: *would faint again if she wasn't holding tight to him* R-r-really?
Shale: Yes, I want to marry you
Sari: *flushes a deep red* <333 Y-yes *kisses him*
Shale: *holds her tight and kisses her back* Thank god....
Sari: *wraps her arms around his neck* You thought I'd say no?
Shale: Well.. when you fainted....
Sari: *blushes a little more, looking down* I didn't think you were actually proposing
Shale:*chuckles* Well, I am
Sari: Did *giggles, kissing him once moe*
Shale: *laughs, kissing her back* Yes, did
Sari: *snuggles him*
Shale: So, big or small wedding?
Sari: Um... *mental calculation* Us and our parents?
Shale: Your parents, my siblings and their children... and their significant others
Sari: So medium sized
Shale: Do you have any friends you want to invite?
Sari: A couple of cousins
Shale: Alright.. *kisses her forehead* What time would you like it?
Sari: *blushes some* At this rate I'm tempted to say now and just have a formal ceremony for show
Shale: *smiles a little* We could elope....
Sari: *smiles* I like that idea
Shale: We should at least get you a propper dress for it
Sari: *rolls her eyes, giggling* Where would we find a dress at this hour?
Shale: We could use the bedsheets and some lace....?
Sari: !! *kisses him before slipping out of his arms and grabbing several things* Can you flick on the light?
Shale" *Nods* Sure honey *turns on the lights*
Sari: *digging through a pile of clean linen, having gotten a sewing kit and some lace, looking for clean sheets*
Shale: *leans against the wall, watching her in amazment*
Sari: *smirks, finding one* Haha *flicks it out, twisting it around her body, placing pins in at various spots* ... Whoops *giggles* I think I just pinned myself in
Shale: I'd help, dear, but I'm going to be completely useless
Sari: *blinks* Why? *tilts her head, hair falling over her shoulder*
Shale: I have no idea what you're doing....
Sari: Um... *carefully unpins several of them* Can you help me untwist this?
Shale: *nods* Yeah, I can do that *walks over and gently untwists it*
Sari: *grateful, kissing him once it was done* Thank you <3 *carefully assembles it once more, putting pins back and 'attacking' it with needle and thread* *sticks her tongue out in concentration*
Shale: *bites his lip, watching* You're very sexy when you're concentrating
Sari: *blushes, poking her finger at the comment* T-thank you?
Shale: *frowns* Careful......
Sari: *sticks it in her mouth for a second, bleeding stopping* Nothing on the dress *smiles*
Shale: *sighs and kisses her forehead*
Sari: *blushes a little*
Shale: Maybe we should wait until tomorrow for this, when the lighting's better
Sari: *shakes her head* It wasn't the lighting *working faster and very accurate right now*
Shale: *sighs and watches her, incredibly happy*
Sari: *grabs a pair of scissors and a zipper* I will get into this thing without having to sew it on *giggles*
Shale: I dunno... I could make a game of it on the honeymoon....
Sari: *raises a brow, smirking* I'll have to make it more confusing then *sets the scissors and zipper down*
Shale: *feels his cheeks turn red*
Sari: *smiles, liking that expression on his face* mmm.. Yes, that'll make it perfect *kisses him* Out you go till I'm done
Shale: *laughs* Fine fine..... *grins and goes outside with some jars to go set up*
Sari: *attaches the lace, sewing herself into the sheets, twisting and pinning the bottom half* .. *spins in the mirror* Done!
Shale: *grinning, glad with what he's done with the clearing*
Sari: *almost left, but caught a glimpse of her hair and sighed, messing with it* ... *winds up leaving it down*
Shale: *grinning* nervouse, but incredibly excited
Sari: Shale are you going to make me find a boquet?
Shale: *laughs* Please, just step outside, Sari!
Sari: Okay okay *giggles, picking up the front of her 'dress' and walking outside, gasping when she sees it*
The trees are decorated with different colored light; colored jars with fireflies in them.
Shale: *standing beside the door and smiles, offering her a boquet of roses and wild flowers* Are you ready....? I have no real preacher, but I'll count, right?
Sari: *blushes* Was I busy that long? *smiles* We don't need a preacher technically <3
Shale: *grinning* Good..... *takes her by the hands and leads her down the 'isle'*
Sari: *amazed, but very very happy*
Shale: *smiles and takes out a grass-woven ring* I promise, with this ring, to hold you forever as my wife... and to get you a real ring sometime tomorrow...
Sari: *blushes more, giggling at the end* This ring seems more appropriate *weaves something very quickly and slides it on his finger* With this ring, I promise to stay with you forever, for better or worse, sickness and health. And possibly getting you a better ring tomorrow as well *smiles*
Shale: *laughs, holds her tight, dips and kisses her*
Sari: *deep red, arms around her husbands neck, kissing back*
Shale: *Grinns* And now for the best part; the honeymoon....
Sari: *smiles as well* Mmm.. I think it's just a really really fun perk
Shale: Not so; it's our first night as a married couple....
Sari: *blushes* Still not the best part though <3
Shale: *smiles and kisses her nose* It's the best part because it's the begining... and it's the promise of the most amazing life with the one I love
Sari: *smiles* I'm liking the part where you pledged yourself to me more than anything Love <33
Shale: *laughs and picks her up*
Sari: *blushes more*
Shale: *happily carying her back, humming 'here comes the bride'*
Sari: *oddly nervous, but having fun*
Shale: *brings her inside and to their room* So, what's this about you making this dress even more dificult to get off...?
Sari: *raises a brow* You're going to have to find out
