In the Boy's P.E. locker room. My friend was joking.
Me: Damn the WASL! Friend: Hey the WASL is cool. It was made in Washington. Have a postive attitude. Me: That cost Washington $72 dollars per test when we could just get the ITBS tests for $3. Friend: Shut up stupid hippie.
I laughed hard.

My sister admitted to me this afternoon that she fell asleep during it...
(she can't stand anything boring, so I can understand why it happened)

It was easy... I was done in half an hour. I really like it. My whole class makes this big deal about it to the teachers, so the teachers give us free time and let us watch movies... and the WASL is a lot easier than most of the schoolwork I have to do, so I'm happy. 3nodding 3nodding 3nodding heart
Plus, our teacher gives us candy.

The WASL is easy enough. Except the math I actually have to THINK! And my teacher doesn't do anything special for us except let us talk after everyone is done. Except he doesn't even notice until 20min. after we're all done... rolleyes
AND we HAVE to bring snacks for everyone....wtf? Why should I bring snacks for people I don't like? I'll just bring my OWN thank you very much! Rawr!
And by the way...each grade is on the same schedule for taking the WASL as all the other grades for security reasons. All the 10th graders take it on the same days as other 10th graders....same with 4th and 7th too.

All sophomores hate the WASL. Then they get to be seniors like me, and only have to go to school for an hour and ten minutes. Now I ******** LOVE the WASL. Best test ever.
Plus look at it this way:
For 2 weeks, you essentially have no work in any of your classes. This is repeated for 3 years. That's 30 days off school. (essentially)
Your High School career(10-12) consists of 535 days.
So the WASL kills 5.6% of your high school time.

Jargoss we have all our classes after the WASL stare and I hate the math part of the WASL not letting us use scratch paper stressed Couldn't you just use some of the extra space in the book? That's what I did(for the multiple chocie questions, I mean).

Abbi Normal Jargoss we have all our classes after the WASL stare and I hate the math part of the WASL not letting us use scratch paper stressed Couldn't you just use some of the extra space in the book? That's what I did(for the multiple chocie questions, I mean). I don't think we're supposed to but I did it on occasion and then erased it its just nice having it there if you have to write big long problems... okay so I didn't need to do that but its still handy especially if your trying to remember how to do something and need to try out different things xp
