Shaving with razors is annoying... I do it in my legs, and I have to do it all the time, because when it starts growing again, becomes quite ugly. confused Don't shave with a razor!!! scream Nowadays I regret it! xd
The cream is good, but it's quite boring also... the advantage is that the skin becomes much smoother and it takes some time to the hair start growing again.
Bleaching doesn't look good on tanned skin... only in fair skin, because the hair becomes almost invisible 3nodding
I still suggest you just let it be, like Dolly above did... Much easier, and I doubt the hair is that bad. 3nodding

DON'T WAX OR SHAVE YOUR ARMS WHAT EVER YOU DO!!!
If you do, then the hair will grow back darker, and thicker.
D: Let it be, but if it really bothers you, use a hair bleach (or something)
I know Johnson's has one which thinnens and lightens hair (it's a body cream), and there are plenty on the market.
I was thinking the same thing (I'm 13), but my Mum gave me this advice.
Hope it'll help.
biggrin
<333
EDIT: Someone said bleach was bad. :O

P!nk Puz's mum is quite right, and I know this from experience. When I was younger, I used to shave a lot of things especially my arms and I regret that. sweatdrop

I ACTUALLY KNOW ALL ABOUT THIS SO I HOPE YOU READ THIS DAAAAAARLING.
So. Maybe not all about it, but I have these magazines from 1968-73, and they actually had an article/question on this OO:
Their Solution/Advice: Waxing, or perhaps even Nair, as everyone is suggesting with warning for a possible allergic reaction, is best. When waxing and Nair, you're taking the hair off by the root of it, and sometimes this permently removes that hair folicle. So waxing can possible thin out the hair on your arms. I know everyone has a concern about it getting thicker and darker and hairy, but what actually happens is that the hair you have on your arms, from when you were younger to now, is sun-bleached, &c. from being exposed and all. So when you remove that hair, new hair grows in its place, which is darker than the hair before it that was sun-bleached. And becasue it's darker it all looks both thicker and more abundunt. Thus, all those worries are false.
I would ask your mom about waxing or nair, but ALSO TO INVEST IN A BLEACHING CREAM OR LOTION TO USE AFTERWARDS to lighten the hair when it grows in. But if you do go ahead and get rid of your arm hairs, you HAVE to keep on it or there's no point to doing it in the first place.
Also, DO NOT SHAVE. Becasue you just don't wan't to o;
I think that's it.

My mom didn't want me shaving it off when I was about your age too. but after some kid called me gorilla arms, I just went and did it. now, my mom's not your average mom; she's pretty cool about stuff, so she just let it go. I mean, you could do it once and if your mom blows up at you, just let it grow back. everyone has arm hair, and I've grown to be nonchalant about it. biggrin
I'm Italian, so I can kind of get close to understanding your skin tone situation; mine is rather olive. >:
I have 2 cousins that are Biracial actually...the most beautiful little girls I've ever seen biggrin

I agree with the others. I have hair on my arms too...It bothers me sometimes and I have considered Nair and bleach. I haven't done either and I think...it's okay XD

Arggh, yeah, I know, people say the hair on your arms isn't noticable but it just makes me feel weird. 0o I also had the little hairs that grow on the back of your hand and on your knuckles... they make me feel like a monkey with all that yucky hair. ; 3;
People say that if you shave, it just gets worse though... so I'll leave it alone. -_-;

I have round 2-3cm long hair on my arms, but i tend to just leave it be even if i hate it. Since my skin id almost white you cant see them at all.
If you truly want to get rid of them though, use wax or nair.

I would also recommend nair, if your mom is alright with that.

Ask her if you may bleach it then, if she says know, explain why maybe you DO want to shave your arms, maybe she'll let you.
