At the mention of being 'in tune' with Kitara he was half tempted to make some sort of smart-alec remark as to how he was always 'in tune' with all of the mares; especially the beautiful ones. He didn't though... And it was that lack of comment fom himself that suprised him more than Takoda's words.
Instead, he chose to comment on the thanks. "D'ere be no need fo' thanks, Takoda. What we do? It natural... S'long as we remain free... We can always race da storm." He nodded slowly, damp tail flickering against the back of his legs. "Jus' keepin' da freedom alive, oui?"

Kitara nodded softly as she shook her short mane from side to side. The thick waterdropplets that beaded down her body caused her a light shiver and she shook again. The rain still poured down on them, but at lest the droplets where less here under the thick canopy of leaves above them. She cast a knowing eye to her brother and smirked. "And who is the mare you keep reffering to brother?" she asked softly, although a small hint of her taunting edged through her voice." She nudged Remy softly and nickered. "That we can, I hope to race it with you again someday. Its never the same racing alone."

Takoda swung his head up releasing some of the darkened strands from his thick neck. Her name was upon his tongue once again and it made him falter. "What Kitara? Oh its nothing but a name passed upon the wind. Nothing to worry your pretty head over I'm sure." he mentioned with a wink before he shook loose even more mane that lay plastered on his graceful neck. "Good run though darn that storm for ruing it. I'll have to use some dancing steps in the water to get this muddy gunk from my coat." he muttered still shaking with a stomp of his right foreleg.

"Oui, we race again, chere... Sooner than you know it." He nodded slowly as he reached out to nose her neck once more. "But fo' now? I leave you wit Takoda... Seems two o' you got family stuff ta discuss." He nickered, unable to keep from grinning as he winked at the dancer. "You keep dis one out o' trouble..." That said he trotted off, disappearing into the darkened woods where there was a teepee and a woman who might just have a drying blanket...
