I got one from last weekend...
Have my nipples pierced for a few months now...
Friend of mine decided to give me a titty twister.
I managed to fend off one hand but he still got my left n****e.
Tore and blead but never came out.
Cleaned it and all was well...
Then the next day some a-hole punches me in the chest after knowing what happened...
I went ape s**t on his a**...

Damn, these sound painful. No serious mishaps for me so far except one of my lobe piercings getting infected.

No serious mishaps here. I got my first two lobe pairs done with a gun (this was before I did any research on piercing and just did it at Claire's for the sake of being cheap), but both times, my left lobes got infected. For my first pair, the outer layer of the studs (sterling silver, I think) rubbed off inside my piercings, so the holes became black, and the left one became infected. I later got so freaked out that I literally squeezed all the tarnish out of my ears like a pimple, and then the infection on my left healed. No marks or anything, so I was happy.
Second time, the lobe just got infected, migrated, and left a small keloid scar in it's original place. It doesn't look too bad, but it's a little strange since it's the piercing is in the middle of my three lobes, and is pretty obviously misaligned.

This actually happened about three weeks ago, but here goes. I had just gotten some new rings in for my lip, I was gonna switch em out since it had been 6 weeks since I had the piercings done. Well stupid me, I didn't have a ring opener, and my lip is a lot bigger than most people. I took the stud out and started to maneuver the ring around my lip. The process took me about 20 minutes i'd say before I finally got one end in. Now, I had goofed around with it before, I had taken the studs out for trial runs and to actually clean them off a bit. Well, this time, while I was putting the ring through, it stopped about halfway. I know oral piercings can heal over quite fast, and I think in my the back of my mind I was thinking this was what happened, I still don't know for sure. So I forced the ring through, with a bit of pain. I decided i'd hold off on switching the left one until I had a pair of openers, and went to sleep. The next day it bled like mad. I went back to my piercer and he switched it back out with a stud. It's healed up to where it was before, but yeah...when they tell you to go back to your piercer to switch your piercings out for the first time...don't be a huge ******** idiot like me. =X

I would share mine, but I am not going to break the guild rules. Let's just say I was young and stupid and leave it at that.

I can't really say I've had so many misshaps, but I suppose what some consider a mishap is different than what others consider one. But I have caught piercings on things and they bleed, I'm reckless like hell so do a ton of no no's and i have a little scar tissue around the piercings in my lobes, but I'm not done gauging them (not near) to it doesn't matter to me. I think sar tissue Is really beautiful actually, so I don't try to prevent it I guess (and my skin heals very well)

my worst mishap isnt near as bad as some of these, but here goes. the day i got my cartiledge peirced, i was also getting my hair done. so, happy me, with new earing, sits down in the chair and my hair dressor starts to divide my hair into sections to dye. then what does she do? after i warned her about the earing, she procceds to snag it with the comb and damn near ripped the thing out. and this was about an hour after i had gotten it peirced, so needless to say, the soreness had already set in, so there was some serious pain and swearing going on.

How about my n****e swelling for no real reason and I had a really strange shaped jewelry that gave no room for the swelling so it started to grow on the side of the jewelry, and I couldn't even open it without tools and hardly like that, my fiancee had to try for like an hour before we opened it and then to get it out took me like 15 of hellish pain...
I think that was the worse, not sure... I do remember tho that when I started the graphite part of my leg we had a 6 hour session and I had a rehearsal right after that, couldn't even stand and was is lots of pain but still had to hold my bass and play somehow, wasn't a nice experience... Oh, another yuky one was when my couch fell like a couple weeks after I got them punched while I was sleeping and I couldn't fit it in, had to run to the studio and taper it back in... That was really bad... It was bleeding for a couple days after that...
I'm sure there were more but I can't think of any other than the normal hit here hit there on a fresh mod...

A couple years ago, I had my first eyebrow piercing. I'd had it about ..5 months I think. Well, my boyfriend and I were messing around and it got caught on his necklace. Before I could say anything he moved and the necklace ripped it out. It was hanging by a lil tiny piece of skin. So I kinda tugged it and it came out. I got a repierced next to the scar awhile later.
Fast forward a few months. New labret piercing. I'd had it about 4 weeks, I heal fast so I figured it was ok and decided to change it. I had a lil plastic hoop to put in it. The edges were all hard and sharp and crap. Well, it wasn't healed and it got all torn because the damn plastic edges so yea..major ouch.
Last summer I decided to guage my labret from a 12 to a 10. So, I just kinda...shoved it through. Rip, of course. Blood dripping down my chin. I actually screamed, which I don't do. Yea, so, I've had a 12 since then. - 5ki7713z

my first cartiledge piercing in my ear grew sum bubble, so i let it close and later re-did it. i kept it very clean, treated it much better then the first and all was well. then i went to ge tmy hair cut, and as the hair dresser was combing my hair, she combed right into the ring and gave it a good tug >.< needless to say it got infected like a day later stare
