They're usually called "Who-vians" (for the old fans) or "Who-ligans" (for the new fans)
Or you can occassionally be called a reTARDIS

Wholigans only came into being because of a very old web site for doctor who named that. They had the most hilarious stuff on there but sadly they shut down. So basically it was a site owners invention. I am supised to see it has spread so far.

I was always under the impression Who fans didn't have a specific name, just Who-Addicts or something like that. Then I saw Russel T. Davies being interviewed on the BBC and he said that the name was Whovians so that's the name I've gone with.

There's a fan group up in Indiana (or there was) that calls itself Whoosiers (from "Hoosier"; what people from Indiana are called. I'm Hoosier-born, myself!)

fredwise I'm going to adopt the term Wholigan as well. It rocks! gonk I don't like that at all and I don't like reTARDIS either I'd feel sick if someone called me that it's an awful thing to call someone sweatdrop

Well, I know they held a convention back in the early 90's in Indianapolis, but I don't know if they were (or are) based there.
