I'd have to say the leopards too, their closeness is wonderful.
As my name implies I normally go for wolves, but in the series they're all over the place, fighting for dominance and not being together...

I like the leopards. They seem the most sensible of the weres. They have the most organized structure, from what I've seen, and they're the most healthy group. The one fox I met I really liked, but I'll have to see more of them before I make a determination on the whole group. Um...the rats are cool. I like their attitude and loyalty, they generally seem the nicest of the weres...but as far as being a rat, well, that just don't appeal to me at all.

Yeah, I definitely wouldn't want to be one of the wererats, though the rats do seem to be decent characters. Well, other than the whole introduction they got in Guilty Pleasures.
I only really like individual wolves in the series. The pack as a whole is too screwed up and power driven, and Richard's just become such a jerk. Jason's my favorite, since he really doesn't seem to care about his position, though Stephen's cool too.
Still, the pard is so much better as a whole, and they've all developed so much more.

I like the pard the best out of all of the wereanimals. I really liked how they become closer and more structured as the series goes on--they were pathetically screwy in the beginning, but now they are close-knit, protective of one another, and just generally loving creatures.
I like the wolves, too, but not as a whole. I particularly like Jason. He makes me smile.

I like wereleopards too. Probably because my favorite were-person is Nathaniel. That and the fact that I like exotic cats. Especially the large ones. Werewolves are cool I have to admit. Jason's awesome. *snickers* But I just like the fact that wereleopards are cuddly! heart

wereleopards win hands down with this one, and it seem the deicsion is almost unanimous in here ^_^ like everyone else, i love the close comfortable family feel the whole pard has, especially with Anita as their Nimir-Ra. they're much less formal and power-oriented as a whole than any other were-group it seems. but that might also have to do with the fact that they're probably also the smallest group, and led by a down to earth human. but no one will mess with them for fear of the Wrath of Anita, the said human. ^_^ also, they're super cuddly heart
the werewolves are simply too big a group to feel to comfortable to me. also, richard has been completely screwing them over lately, so everything all royaled f-----up. then there's the ones who would have supported Jacob, and spilled about those silver earplugs... domokun grr...... but i do like some of the individuals like slyvie, stephen, jason, and interestingly enough jamil. the rest i just don't know, so i can't feel close to them... you know?
wererats sound like a tight group, well organized, and with a good leader. but again, i just don't know enough of them to like them. and um... well... wereRAT. not the most majestic creature out there...
were hyeneas... lead by a sado-masochistic drag queen (no offense ment to anyone who would take it)... no thanks...
other weregroups weren't mentioned enough for analysis reallly... except maybe that snake one in NiC... but they just seemed like your average dysfunctional family... i'll pass...
and, yes, "swanmane" has to be one of the best supernatural titles out there

I thought the werejaguars in New Mexico were cool, but so messed up by Itzpapalotl that you just felt sorry for them. Why is it that it seems to be members of the werecat families that gets messed up all the time?
Of course with all the master vampires having animals to call, and with how screwy their vampire politics are, it is a wonder that any of the wereanimals aren't all completely screwed up. Come to think of it, most of the ones we have met are screwed up.
Except of course for the wererats. They just seem to have it all together! Rafeal is a great leader.

I love the werelepoards. They're kitties! No, seriously, I like them b/c they don't have all that in-fighting bullshit, they're a family. I think they're that way b/c Gabriel and Raina ******** them up, but they are a true pard, they rely on each other and they help loosen Anita up a bit on the whole "Don't touch me or I shoot you." thing. Nathanial and Cherry are my favorite cats.

Personally I like wereleopards better because they seem more united. The wererats were also cool but leopards are a bit more magestic than rats. Nathanial is my favorite cat.

I'm going with the WereLeopards just cause Leopards are pretty anyways and it had never realy accured to me that something could be "were" besides a wolf before i read these books. Anyways, leopards are just neat. Plus i think the wereleopards had an interesting relationship with each other, rather then the "pack" of the wolves.

Besides Horses Cat's are my favourite Animal. I act catlike in a lot of aspects IRL... I love their grace, their eyes, the pressence and air that they hold about themselves. I love their playfulness and their closeness, their need to touch and be touched... and these are all qualities that the wereleopards possess. Not to mention that they're breathtaking creatures to begin with. I would love to be any of the large were cats but the leopards really are adorable in the series. Probably the most sociable of the groups and being into drama and being very used to casual touching and to some extents needing to have casual physical contact myself... it just seem's natural that I'd be the most at home and most comfortable as a were leopard. I actually RP A Clouded Snow Leopard for another Character. heart
