yeah. even i have to admit that before the end, old D had some real style. the bar is at the other end of the mansion.
::he closes the doors and turns to the right of them nodding to some stairs::
second and third stories are all guest rooms. i'll get us up to the fourth floor where our room is without subjecting you to three flights of stairs.
::he took her hand and started to walk towards some shadows::

::he chuckles as he steps into the shadows. as soon as they were both into them they both seemed to disappear into them. with two more steps they would walk out at the end of a hallway that had bulbs of light along each wall. the bulbs didnt seem to be running off of electricity though.::
this way is to our room and a few other rooms that will be meant for the BC leaders. there are larger guest rooms on the third floor for the other members of the BC.
::he then moved toward the large door in the middle of the hall::

nah. there are servants here that will guide you until you can navigate the place on your own.
::he reached the door and pushed it open and walked in::
and this shall be our room.

::the room was large and well lit with lights that turned on as the door opened. there was another door to the left and near the back of the room. the first room was a sitting room meant for private meetings and such so was well furnished with large cushioned chairs that were set up in a circle with a table in the middle of them. at right wall was a cabinet that ususally contained alcohol and wound again once Phia wasnt pregnant. the floor was decorated with a large and exotic looking rug that your feet practically sank into about an inch and a half. Draeken moved to the door on the left and near the back and opened it and walked into the bedroom. the bed was large enough to hold at least four people and had a canopy as well. the curtains were currently drawn back. there was a large mirror on the right wall of the bedroom along with a large beurou for clothing and person effects. there was another door on the left again that would lead to the bathroom. along part of the right wall were windows with the curtains open. the windows overlooked the lake and the forest beyond it.::

::he smiles and walks over and stands next to her::
so do i. i was hoping that you would though. there is even a second, smaller bedroom on the other side of that wall for our kid when they get older.
::he said this pointing to the wall to the right of the door::

::he kissed her back, smiling once they would finish the kiss::
shall we head back to the BC. im sure youre not too interested in seeing the kitchens and store rooms. oh but then again there is the library!

::returning the kiss again he picked her up and faded from the room, reappearing in the library. the massive room was filled with hundreds of rows of thirty foot shelves, all filled with books. the walls, in exception to a few doors and a couple windows, were all lined with book filled shelves as well. every book was kept in very neat order to assure quick referencing. ladders scaled every shelf and were able to roll sideway sto allow access to them all::

and this love. is old D's library.

::nodding he smiled and kissed her neck lightly::
im glad you like it. perhaps once the baby is out you can start exploring it all thouroughly. i think there is even a rather large medical section, perhaps even mention of the Hylden people. i myself havent read through very many of the history books but old D swears that he read something about Hylden in one of these books. in fact he's muttering about it now as well as saying that all these books took perhaps a few hundred years to collect.

he's telling me to tell you to be gentle with his books. i don need to tell you that though i don think.
