Cute, and very helpful. I should start doing some of those. ._.; I have such bad manners. I do, however do the ribon thing. Sorta. If I give a gift in a box or bag, I put loads of ribon on them to make it look pretty.

I should try following those guidelines.. @_@ *has such bad manners* When it comes to wrapping presents, I just have a habit of really decorating them with sequins, tissue paper, ribbons and whatever I have on hand. @_@

Most of these guidelines are more focused towards females but men can follow theses as far as gaze, expression and greeting goes.. I mean men who aren't into walking with the waist thing can use their common senses and just skip that stuff. :p This is only part 1 of the manners afterall, I'm sure there are more focused on males.

Im a guy and id do all of it, except for the crossing of the legs. I wouldnt cross at all, but its cool. Im ganna bow to people when i meet them. Also i bows, but not that much.

Since I live in Canada though, I'm just going to curtsey instead of bow. 3nodding

i do most of that any ways

i sit in all positions though and i will not give up crossing my legs.

I've read this before on another site. And I've also read a page on Victorian ettiquette (the person knew nothing about lolita, but I'm sure she would've loved to if she's provided an e-mail addy).
But yes, I do follow these mannerisms, unless my back is killing me and then I have to either cross my legs or excuse myself to go somewhere and stretch (i have to stand on my head in order to relieve the stress on my back D: ).
