"You'd love her!" Korou piped up after he'd layed himself down on his good leg carefully. "She's really nice and she's really pretty." A cub-like smile spread it's way over his muzzle and he turned so he could show his toothy smile to Colche. "If you met up with her, I know you'd like her. Both of you are so nice."
In a way they were almost exactly the same, though something called him more to Chopi than to Colche. Maybe it was her coloring or her eyes or just the way she smelled that made him follow her around, but it was something. It was almost strange actually. It felt so weird to even think about Colche the way he thought about Chopi. Maybe it was something different.

Colche smiled softly. She was truely happy that he had found himself a sweet heart. he hoped that she would indeed meet this chopi one day, she almost felt protective of Korou, frightened that a female may hurt him though she knew he was a strong spirit.
Stretching slightly, the king marked female nuzzled his cheek "You must bring her to see me in the coalition lands okay?" she smiled sweetly curling her body around him. Yawning slightly the blue eyed femme turned her gaze to the sky watching the bright sun make it's smooth way accross the mid afternoon sky. Resting ehr chin gently accross his juvenile shoulders she puurred quietly nuzzling at his downy ears "Just be careful out there" her voice was soft motherly, she wanted very much to see the young male and his little girlfriend, but she knew the world was a dangerous place even in a group.
Closing her soft blue eyes she rested happily slowly dozing off in the heat of the day, she had little doubt that Korou would leave before she woke, return to his sweet heart, she wished, just a little, she had a male with such devotion.

Korou felt the larger female drop her head to his shoulders and he started to purr loudly. "Of course I'll come visit you. It's not like my feet won't take me that way again."
It was true, in all he'd always planned on joining up with the coalition, just that he'd never really done it. There were differences between planning and doing sometimes. But then he did know that he would, it was just a matter of the timing. Not now, not when he had so much to figure out. He couldn't yet.
Leaning over so that he could lick Colche's muzzle, the juvenile stood up slowly and gently let her back down so she would still be asleep as he trotted off on three legs into the savannah afternoon, looking for something that called him.
