Mteuli did not need encouragement from his brother to stand. On the contrary, he was up at the same time as Mteule, smooth and easy. He seemed his normal calm, collected self, except perhaps for the melting smile he had on his maw. This was something only he could give to a mate and of course, his lovely goddess.
"As you wish, My lady. We shall waste not a moment more," Mteuli purred as he began to lope along toward the destination she had given them.

She said nothing more just yet after that, pacing slowly atop the rock formation she asked them to meet her at. It would be the first time she revealed herself to her priests, what they would think of her wasn't such a pressing matter as what questions they might have and how well she could answer them... and what they would think of THOSE answers.
It didn't take them long to reach her, and by the time they did she had seated herself neatly. She gazed over the two with her purple eyes, smiling softly.
"Hello, Mteuli, Mteule..."
Mteule's eyes caught sight of the goddess after the twins had walked through yard after yard of jungle, the scent of open air drifting into their nostrils the closer they drew to the valley and the cliff face that formed the wall protecting their land.
Seeing Kiva, she both was, and wasn't everything he'd expected. A perfect balance and blend of tan and white, poise and grace, but much shorter than he'd thought. All about her he could "sense" a soft white glow, but weather this was just his imagination-- a trick of the sunlight and her fur in his eyes --or reality, well, that he couldn't tell. She looked so young, however... it was amazing.
"M'lady..." He stopped as they came to stand before the formation, bowing his head and his body low towards the tall grasses as they tickled his underside.

Mteuli was surprised as well, but only showed it through raising the fur above his eyes in curiousity. She was young. Just out of godess-cubhood, if he wasn't mistaken. Though it could be a trick of hers, he doubted it. What advantage would she have appearing in an extremely young form as an illusion? Though if she was truly that age it was strange-a goddess who had guarded their pride for so long was so small! But, he expected she would explain when she deemed it was right.
"My Lady! It is an honor," He dipped his shoulder gracefully to the side as he bent his head and swept a paw before him in an elegent bow.
