Once every two days everyone (humans and cannibals) picks someone to vote off the island. If there're any cannibals, they also decide who to eat. Game's over when all the cannibals are gone or there are less humans than original cannibals. (So if there were three cannibals in the game, the cannibals win if the number of humans goes down to two or less, regardless of the number of cannibals remaining.)
