Zephyr  Zephyr is a very intellectual yuma. He prides himself on being smart and clever- although this tends to make him relatively unpopular in the social aspect of his life. He is very friendly, but honestly couldn't keep up a decent conversation to save his life. He hopes to find companionship in someone that can make up for his social difficulties, but it seems doubtful, and he finds himself feeling lonely a lot.

Akari  Akari is, well... to put it bluntly, she's not as bright as her feathers. Although she is sweet, friendly, and happy-go-lucky, she is also a bit of a klutz, and not as intelligent as the rest of her herd. Still, despite her naitivety and, for lack of a better word, 'blonde' nature, she is a great friend, and a very entertaining companion.

Jazira (who often goes by the alias 'Jazi') is a rather level-headed stallion most of the time. However, he has a rather dark and dangerous temper that, when sparked, can rage into a burning inferno in a matter of minutes. When angered, he becomes a deadly, ruthless enemy- but when calm, he can be as docile and harmless as a common housefly.

Aelin  There are many different words you could use to describe Aelin, but the most prominent one would probably be 'gentle'. She is acutely in touch with nature and the like, and loves the earth and its creatures dearly. Her temper can be a dangerous thing when provoked, but it is very difficult to get her angry. In general, she is a very calm and mellow yuma- an interesting mix of caring, grace, and kindness.

She has a certain profound wisdom that has proven useful to her fellow herd members many times, and she is often sought out for advice. She does have a cool sense of humor that surfaces in her conversations every once in a while- best described as a dry sarcasm.

Zahrah  Zahrah- or Rah, as he prefers to be called- is a yuma who rarely acts his age. He loves to run, play, and basically act like a yearling, regardless of who's watching. Although he can be serious when it is necessary, he prefers his immature persona- no matter who it embarasses. There are obviously those in his herd that don't respect him for this reason, but in all honesty, he couldn't care less what they think of him.

Kitari is not what you would call a 'kind' mare. She has a rather nasty attitude towards just about anyone she meets, and has yet to make any good friends because of that. She is quick to judge others, has a very short temper, and is just about anything but understanding. What most don't realize, however, is that she does have a soft side deep down underneath that cold exterior- she just hasn't met the right person to bring it out, yet.

Kohta  Kohta simply loves causing trouble. He's always pulling some prank on his herd, teasing one of his sisters, or just annoying his friends in general. He has an abundance of energy and enthusiasm- which could have been good if he chose a productive way of expressing it, but of course he chooses to use it to irritate people instead.

Tsuki takes largely after her father, with his kind and chivalrous attitude, but unfortunately, she also inherited her mother's grace- or rather, lack thereof. Her brothers find her klutziness to be highly amusing, and it's a rather large blow to her pride, but she ignores it the best she can.

Asu'kal  Cool and calm, there isn't much that can rouse the interest- or attention, for that matter- of this quiet mare. She keeps to herself for the most part, and prefers to remain neutral and uncaring in most situations. She almost never gets personally involved in someone's issues, and she doesn't have a lot of friends because of this. While she'd like most people to think that she's fine with this, deep down Asu is a very lonely soul who desires companionship just as much as anyone else.

Shooting Star  Shooting Star, who goes by the nickname 'Star', is always somewhat of a mystery to others. She tends to keep to herself a lot, and often can seem rather melancholy at times, but when in the presence of friends or others she is comfortable with, the more wild side of her personality surfaces. This side of her is entirely unpredictable, and most of the time mischievious. Pranking and teasing have been known to be two of her favorite pastimes.
