Elf looked up with watery eyes. She caught Angel's disarming gaze, and looked to it for some hope. His words helped a bit and a smile started to pull at the corners of her mouth. "So, there is a chance... I can make up for my mistake?"

She stood and gave Angel a genuine hug. Done with that, she tackled Taka as well. The smile of the handsome man had gone by her obliviously, as had his great knowledge of Heralds... so many people around her recently seemed to know about them. One more was not an issue.

"Thank you for everything!!!" The human didn't wait for a response. She was too excited. First thing she was going to do was make sure the house was spotless.... maybe she could convince the resident dragon to clean up all the books...

Her mind was working so hard, she tried to twist the doorknob that wasn't there and smashed her nose into the frame. Rubbing it carefully, Elf slid the door open and threw an embarassed glance over her shoulder on her way out. "Thanks again and I hope to see you both around!"
