Twilight Justice Kuro Okami Well its like everything right now is really cluttered and everyone is off doing their own thing and each person wants to be a major hero. I think we need to clean up some clutter, like thread that have gone dry and haven't got any new comments in ages. Also, maybe we should try having one big battle. This is the Black Company, it's labeled a military rp guild, I think we should get a story line going. Also maybe we should lose some of our members, such as ones that haven't posted in like 2 or 3 months or even weeks for that matter. This is just a suggestion and not meant to offend anyone. sweatdrop other than that, I have nothing else to add. heart True, but as you probably know, the member list doesn't say when someone last posted in the guild sweatdrop so that can be difficult. We'll get to the guild clean up after we get some more input here As for a tournament? I have been considering that for a while but am not really sure how to pull it off It would help to know "why" all of you RP here. Is it story, fighting, randomness, OOC discussions, etc. Just wanted to point one thing out...... When there were 2-3 bad guys around, no one wanted to be a hero because it seemed pointless to fight the villians since they hardly left their "lairs". Its really the problem of there always being a fight with a villian at the dojo(past); when the problem was attempted to be fixed, there was no guild RP going on to really speak of unless you went and found it or were on at the right times, thus all of the small side RPs.

A main plot or two would probably do the guild some good. So many side RPs spread the players thin, and there's no structure. Old members and new members a like need a main plot focus. The guild war with Wolf's other guild is a start, a small start but a start. A main plot should be developed sometime. Since the villains are the people in the guild, everyone loves to hate, perhaps something centered on them?

Would you all be interesting in participating in an IC tournament. I have a way to do it and will make the arrangements. Let's leave out the details for now, but if you could participate would you like to?

Yes,I'd enjoy such an event.Of course,I'd love to see the details,but those will have to be worked out.Aside from the details the idea of an IC tourney sounds quite fun.
And yes, a power system I think would be most beneficial.Though bouts of highly manifested magical energy causing everything in the universe to collapse upon its have been quite rare as of late,the idea is still a prudent precaution.

I'll await more input on the IC tournament idea. True, but this system will call for established profiles and limits that must be met. By that I mean someone who is a so and so level fighter will be allowed to have so and so number of techniques of such and such power. sweatdrop It's all about people having set abilities and not pulling something out of their asses in the middle of a fight. I'll admit I have done this before hand, but I want to make sure people don't go beyond the limits of their character and thus defy what their character is. I'm not going to be nazist about the whole thing of course xp

anywhoo...
I've just been kind of scanning over some of the stuff that has been suggested and what not, and I agree that an IC tournament would be neat...and hero-hogs can be a problem. The battle system that has been worked out is great, and as for the level system X_x wow, I'm sorry that it's not working out.
I think there is a need for more villans. And, well...<< >>;; **she wonders if she is being lazy by putting a bunch of questions here** kk, I know most of the rules for applying for being a villan, and I think I'm almost up to 100 posts here in the guild, and I make at least two or more days worth of IC posts a week here...
In English I'm wondering if I could possibly apply to play, or at least attept to try playing a villan, along side playing my character? I'm learning to play evil characters fairly well, and I already have one that I'm sure that even the strongest in the BC would enjoy 3nodding
But yeah...the Villan vs. Villan thing and the Villan co-op sounds pretty awesome as well...we just need more bad guys here.

lol. Okay looks like the tournament and level revisions are over due then. ^^ I'll try to work on that.
If you feel that you have the qualifications for a villian then just send the app to my Twi avi. You can include any comments you want on the app. If I have questions or requests I'll simply answer back.

I have a few ideas I am developing, though any of you who heard my last major guild plot idea (Major, not the little training thing) will have a clue as to what I'm thinking...

Vice, I knew you left. I left long before you to mourn your departure. xd Anyways, its been a while since my last coming. I am actually in the process of changing my name (I have about 2240 gold, need 10000, donations are more than welcome) for a few personal reasons. I have always been structural mod rather than anything else pertaining to the technicalities of a RPG.
Just on a side note, the number of post should not be a prerequisite since it only notes dedication rather than RP quality, but many of us here know that already.
I am neither villian nor hero material which has been proven through my time at the BC so I must say my suggestions on storyline will be withheld. That and to be honest I have no ideas to begin with. sweatdrop I can plan a full scale modern possibly furturistic war, but BC is not the place for that.
Twi/Than/Mas I will possibly talk to you online or send you a PM of my non-RP related suggestions. Personally since my entrance in my collegiate studies, I been having a hard time of retaining a solid posting routine. Plus I do believe my presence in the past has cause much "discomfort" to many. That and my way to convey my words seems to enrage many people.
I do hope to return here and play on a regular basis.
