Hey Mrs. Shinobi lady, what's going on with the LJ-ness? Were you able to post around there, too?

I haven't posted it in the LJ because part of me thinks that they will just tell me to drop it. I'll do so later tonight because I think that this project is worth it. Really, I wish more people would participate.

er, question! How do you do the "LJ CUT" thing so that an entry in a community is shortened but once you click on the entry it opens up the full entry? I never did learn how to do that. I know that sounds confusing but people who use LJ should know what I mean. Help please?

.....Weecha actually did it. I sent a 'To Kozi' YAY!!!! lol heart
Umm Shinobi wanted to know what I posted so here it is "Hello. My name is Jennifer. I am one of your fans from the United States with many others. I live in Louisiana. I enjoy your music very much. It's not like other music that I normally hear, it's different. I buy your music as do many others here. I know lots of people who enjoy you music also. They also buy your music when they can. Thank you for making music. I'm grateful that you do and I'm able to enjoy it with others."

That "To Kozi" was just fine Weecha. 3nodding
@pumpkin, I need to write mine as well. I was working on this HUGE letter to him (I am filled with questions) but since he doesn't respond to fanmail that would be useless. Instead I'm opting for a small letter to explain why I think he should make an international fanclub. Hopefull I'll have it done sometime this week. 3nodding

I just now put it up in the LJ community I'm in. I hope to get some feedback from it. http://community.livejournal.com/bloodredkozi/94396.html?view=508604#t508604Also, I told them that it wasn't just for North America. We can create a list just for Eurpope and so on ( as needed ). If nothing comes of all this, at least we will get a grasp on the size of Kozi's international fanbase. 3nodding

I doubt that anyone from the community is going to participate. Crimson_Prophet It is a noble idea, but i think he won't do it. He knows he has a good amount of fans in europe and oceania, just by the eod lives; it is impossible to just ignore those fans...Maybe in the future he will change his idea about the international FC though. It would be good if he made an association with CDjapan like mana did with mon amour international in the begining and after he could handle the International FC by himself. Phantasmarose Most Japanese labels (not just artists) do not like the idea of having international fanclubs because not only do they tend to be very.. well.. Japanese.. about their way of going about things, they tend to be very nitpicky about the fact that they'd be charging people a yearly fee for things that they probably cannot read. I think maybe it's hard to understand, it took me a while to grasp the concept. Mana is different in that he owns his own label, and is uniquely determined to reach everyone. He also charges more for international members due to shipping, and offers translations on the website. I'm betting that Kozi isn't super involved with the organization of us FC; it's probably his manager. Bakacherry The Kozi fanclub that exists now has been pretty slow getting off the ground and doesnt offer much by way of benefits. Fanclubs as a way to get early access to tickets for lives, go to fanclub only lives, and maybe buying some goods through the fanclub catalog. Now while its cute to see Tadashi from plastic tree making a thumb harp in one out of the 4 yearly newsletters, alone its not worth at all the admission price for the fanclub which usually run from 40 USD to over 60 USD. I do agree though it doesnt hurt at all to let him know he has international fans in north america. I would maybe focus more on just getting him to pop over there for a visit or tour more than opening up the fanclub internationally. They all make very good points and offer views that I hadn't really thought of myself. However, I still think that this is worth trying.
