Kura's answers were pretty good, but I'm not sure of her experience as mod. I was banned before she got promoted anyway, so I'm not one to judge for that. But taking it on the long road (or whatever), although I respect Kura as a friend very much, I'm voting for Luisito. He seems pretty fitting for the job, and, also, the racial jokes and whatever are jokes mostly. He probably knows he won't do any of them to people who get offended. Besides, trying something new is the only way to find out if it's effective. So I'm going with him, but I would still be satisfied with Kura on the job.

They're stiil quite unnecessary, and set a bad example for other people. It's bad enough how many idiots you have running around nowadays saying "I'm teh leet ***** you ******** cuntwad." o_o; Or maybe I'm looking at this from the wrong perspective.
