little wolf blossom True, theire site is accurate, but the stores arien't. The stores are like, it's out, but we'll get it in... a week or so. Wow, that's the opposite for me. Where I live, their books are in the stores a week or so before it actually comes out. And Viz books don't come in until a month after they're supposed to xp It depends where you live, I guess.

Probably Del Rey, since I like all the manga they are translating, especially Negima. 3nodding But, my, they are a little expensive, ne? xd I can't say I hate Tokyopop (part of Mixx Entertainment), since a mojority or the manga I read/suggest is from there. Other manga I heard of, but I'm pretty neutral with, are Viz, Dark Horse, CPM, and.... erm.... Animerica (old version of Viz?). Yea, I pretty much live at the manga section at Borders. xp The Japanese ones I like are Kodansha and Ribon. wink

I would also say Del Rey they print there books as is from the ones in Japan. They haven’t edited any works yet. And just all round release stuff I would like to read. Second would be Viz there just suck an old company and have a lot of good licenses.

I don't really have a favorite publisher, since I too just buy the title that I like, regardless of who published it. Though I like Tokyopop a lot more than the others when it comes to translation; I like Viz and Dark Horse for their print quality; and DMP because they have full-colour jackets/covers.

I own mostly Tokyopop and Viz, but my absolute favorite publishing company is Del Rey because of all the translation notes at the end of each volume.
