Ok it's not from an anime or manga, however, it's from a novel called Soul of the Fire, from the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind.
This quote is said from Zeddicus Zul' Zorander; aka Zedd; First Wizard...or Top wizard in other words. He says this to one of the main characters, Richard the seeker of truth.
"If the road is easy, you're likely going the wrong way."

My favorite quote has to be from Yu Yu Hakusho. Kurama says it. "Any prize worth having, usually requires a risk."

Here are some of my favorite quotes...I'm not gonna individually name where they come from...just know that they're either from Family Guy, Invader Zim, Futurama, or some random funny anime...I think I have one from Bo-bo-bo...I like that show...it's silly. Anyway...here they is!
Nothing says "Obey Me" like a bloody head on a fencepost!
I feel like I was just mauled by Jesus!!
Look at him! He runs like a Welshmen...Doesn't he? Doesn't he run like a Wleshmen?
A badger with a troubled past and nothing left to lose! An elephant that never forgets...TO KILL!! And a seldomly used crab named "Lucky", A.K.A. Citizen Snips!
Dumb like a moose, Dib...Dumb like a moose...
Excuse me, but is your refridgirator running? Like you? Very homosexually?
And now back to 'Touched By An Angel'. Ok...where did he touch you? here... OH! C'MON!!! WHO YOU GONNA BELIEVE?!?! I GOT A FREAKIN HALO!!!
Wow! You look thinner! You've got to tell me your secret! Here's the secret: PUT DOWN THE FORK......FACE!
Whoa!! I better lay off the coffee! Ha-cha-cha-cha-cha-cha!!!
That was pathetic. Tell your wife she can come to my house for some boom shaka-laka-laka. boom shaka-laka-laka. boom shaka-laka-laka. boom.
YAY!!! I'M GONNA BE SICK!!!!!
Whoa! Is this really the blood or Christ? He must've been wasted 24/7!
So says the gangstah spector of defeat!!
Ok...I'll sit through this, Lois...But tonight, I get a**l and I don;t care how clean the house is.
Do these sopasitories come in any other flavor? Peter! Are you eating those?! No, I'm shoving them up my butt...Of course I'm eating them!
It's like 'Bang the Drum Slowly', but with a chick...
Oh, I'm sorry...I thought this was 'Kid's say the Darndest Things', not 'Old, Retarded, Black Man Who Doesn't Know When To Shut The Hell Up'
Life was bad...but now it's good! FOREVER.
Oh, I'm nasty! Someone set me out to sea! WHEE-OO~
Stewie, What's candy made of? Sunshin and farts, what the hell kind of question is that?
Boy! I've never seen him this down...or ever before...
We now send the Great Hemanthotep to the Land of the Damned; the Damned Good Looking! He wanted me to tell that joke at his funeral...
I...am going...to kick...your...a**...
We'll trizzle the shizzle all over the hizzle!!
What's the matter? You act like you've never seen 5ft long noeshairs before!
I think I'll have Fry's lower horn jerked... He's used to it!! WOOOO~
I never thought I'd escape with me doodle, but I pulled it out! Just like you did at the movie theater!!! WOOOO~
And all creatures; large and small- In this case, small...WOOOO~
Well, Fry...It loks like you get to hold onto your lower horn... As usual!! WOOOO~
Oh no...See, my friend bought a used car and then BAM! Herpies...
Turn right on fork! In Soviet Russia, the road forks you!
Aight...I'm done.

V fr Vendetta ^_^
V: VoilĂ ! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin van-guarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it is my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V.
V: I'm not questioning your powers of observation, I'm merely remarking upon the paradox of asking a masked man who he is.
