GB season 2 maybe there will be one after they finished the manga series.
and if there will be a GB season 2 I want them to finish the anime. maybe 150+ episodes.

I was dissapointed in the lack of Kagami fighting. I'd a loved to see more of those people from Babylon City. Also, because of how dissapointing Ban Vs. Jackal was in the end, I want Jackal to come back with strength rivaling Ban and Ginji as Lightining EMporor, because I'd thought he had that kind of strength to begin with. So yes, I wish they would make more.

If there will be a season II I think they show Akabane's real power in that season. Himiko's curse Ban's curse...Ginji's purpose of excistance..etc.

well thing is do any of us think with the combination of ban and ginji would they even be able to get half way let alone the top of babylon city

heh... i think the anime ended pretty decently... of course like most otaku, i hate to see the end of an anime ive watched and loved, but theres more anime out there than getbackers ^ ^ possibly some even better... so yeah.. if your a big fan of the getbackers anime, buy the dvds and rewatch your fav episodes... or talk bout it with friends.. or if your despirate for another adventure with ginja and ban, then read the manga or r/p about it with friends ^ ^ but as far as season 2.... idk.. im not sure id WANT a season 2... theyd just end up going back to the limitless fortress to look for another dramatic ending ^ ^0 so i think its better off left to the manga... but i havnt heard about a season 2 til now...

ya the Manga isn't over and anime usualy follow the manga. And your right the last series left too much open. There is a lot of room left to create another series like the characters full pasts and the fact that we don't even fully know all of the characters. Man I just got myself siked up in the last forum now i'm doing it again. Anyway I can't wait for another series.

the anime ended long time ago, the manga just ended...so I think there should be more GB for fans to be happy. MAKE ANOTHER SEASON!

On the end of one of the volumes, I was listening to the american voice actors talking about there being another season. I sure hope they weren't just kidding. I'd like to see more Getbackers action. Boo yeah!!! blaugh

While I would love to see another season I'm pretty skeptical about them doing one. Generally once they've done a series they don't go back later and do it again - keep with the times I suppose.
