"He can be at times. We first start out always fight. But we come to a... understanding." He said with a small nod, thinking back to the night he spent in Xio's bed and a blushed formed on his cheeks. Even he was surprised at how far it had gone.
The walk to his dorm was rather silent until he came to the room and stopped. No doll hanging on the door knob, which was good and meant he could go inside. Once he had the door open he let her in first and headed into hsi room. "Wait here. I get DVD." One of the three he brought. Poor kid has nothing much still.
He came back into the common room and would pop the DVD into the player, turning on the big screen tv. "You want a drink while it loads?"

Obie walked into the room and looked around. Definitely a guy's place. Nervously she fiddled with her book. She really had met very few people, and had never been invited to anyone's room. The experience was fairly surreal for her. She watched as Nikolai returned to the room and put the DVD in.
"Uh... what do you have?" she asked softly. She hated how nervous she was getting.

Nikolai shook his head a bit, it wasn't his fridge and he had no idea what Xio kept it stocked with. "Go look?" he shrugged. Ok so maybe he wasn't really the ladies man in getting everything for her but at least he offered it. He let the DVD load and went to Xio's room peeking in, glad to see his blue haired roommate wasn't there for the time being.

Obie smiled a bit and glanced over at the fridge, but didn't go to it. She really wasn't that thirsty. Slowly she moved to sit a bit stiffly on the couch. She set the book down on the coffee table and folded her hands in her lap.
"So... what will you be showing me?" she asked, looking over to him.

"You will see you will see." He said with a small chuckle and sat down next to her, hitting the play button on the remote. Home video footage of him and his sister skating would begin to play. 3 songs worth recorded. He'd chit chat through it and in the 3rd song his sister would fall and injure her knee and he went silent.

Obie watched, completely captivated by the pair, only tearing her eyes away to glance at him whenever he spoke. When his sister fell, Obie gasped lightly and put a hand over her mouth. She looked over to Nikolai and shook her head.
"I'm so sorry Nikolai," she said softly noticing immediately that his flamboyancy seemed to have left him. "Ya'll were amazing together," she said, looking down at her lap. She really wasn't sure what she should say to him. It was quite obvious that they had both loved ice skating with everything they had.

"Mmm." Was all he said for a moment as the camera turned off and the DVD stopped. He sighed, standing to take it out. "We were so wanting ot go to olympics... Perhaps one day with new partner I can... but not any time soon. I so rusty!" He laughed a bit and flicked off the tv.

Obie smiled faintly. His passion for his sport amused her, just as Ceara's had.
"What else do you do when you're not practicing for the olympics?" she asked, tucking some of her long black hair behind her ear.

He frowned a bit as he tried to think of an answer to the question, though it was slightly confusing. After a moment he just gave a shrug and shook his head. Ok usually that was a good enough answer...
"Thank you for coming. I drag you here afterall." He said with a small chuckle.

Obie watched the puzzled expression on his face and smiled at the shrug and shake of his head. She wondered if he didn't understand the question because of the language barrier or because he just actually did not understand that there was a life outside of skating.
"You didn't drag me here," she said with a slightly warm smile. "I came here of my own free will, and thank you for inviting me." She watched him for a moment, unsure of what she was supposed to do next.
