Chana frowned and furrowed her brow. Last names...why did it have to be a last name? She didn't think she'd used hers since coming to this wretched island.
"I have no idea, but I'll keep him in mind too. I don't know about you, but suddenly I think my duplex is the safest place to be." Not to mention her abrupt loss of appetite.

Lily nods slowly, making a mental note of the names Jamal and Zach as well- though she's pretty sure that Zach was one of the people by the River that day. Her eyes glance over to a duplex again, wondering if Chana would know who lives there. She shakes her head, then looks back to Chana.
"I agree," she murmurs, then looks down at her clothes, "I shouldn't really go anywhere else covered in mud anyway.."

Chana smiled at the mud comment. "Well, technically you could go wherever you wanted covered in mud. And a lot of people here wouldn't care one way or the other," she added, humor twinkling in her eyes.
She could think of a few good things to do with mud...and one of them didn't involve beaver instincts. In fact, mud baths could be a lot of fun, depending on who you went with...
"I'll see you around, okay?" she continued. "You should stop by some time and we can talk more. 26, remember," the beaver told Lily, as she turned to leave, tail slapping her leg lightly.

"I suppose you're right," Lily smiles a bit, more convinced that Chana was in fact sincere before now. As nice as the mud can be, she has a feeling it won't be nice when it dries on this skin.
"Alright," she says, looking from a muddy, orange hand to Chana, "I'll remember that. I'm in 31 if you want to find me." She waves at Chana, then heads off to her own duplex to get cleaned up.
