Dath, feeling very cruel right now, got up from his sitting position and padded over to Laana, just an inch from her. He wanted to know more about this one that took 'his' mortal as their mate.
"Tell me, Laana. Tell me about this male that you've born cubs of his blood with."
He spoke with a slight sneer, a bit of anger flowing out with his words.

The lioness arched a brow as the God approached her, but didn't do anything defensive, she trusted Dath, although she doubted she'd told him before.
At his question however, she blinked slowly, only to c**k her head.
Was he....? No, not Dath.
He wouldn't be jealous, not him, he was better then that.
Atleast she thought he was.
But she answered, looking at him.
"His name is Ramses, he's a Mistweaver male that I met after I'd met you."

Yes, Dath wanted to be cruel. What he was hearing from Laana had hurt. She was why he had these mortal feelings, these emotions that tore at his heart more then anything. He wanted to give her a little of his own pain, if he could play out the cards right.
"Ramses? One with an interesting name. Humor me, Laana. How does he compare to me? Is he all that you ever wanted in a mate?"
His flexed his claws, small holes forming in the earth underneath, the only actions his body took besdies breathing. He wanted to know more about this male, more then just his bloody name.

Laana paused, watching him, ears flattening before she looked down slightly.
He was jealous wasn't he? It sounded like it to her, she sighed heavily, she felt...something tugging as her heart, like some deep sorrow, the type she'd wanted all her life to get rid of.
She'd only felt such a way when Nyek' had come to her, insane and blood lusting.
"You want the truth Dath? He's caring, sweet hearted, over protective but in all my life, no one, I mean no one could compare to you, in my mind...you where and always are the most unique male and God I've ever met."
Her word's spoke sincerity, deep crimson eye's watching him as she sat there, only to wait for his response.

At her words, Dath backed off just a bit, so he could get a breath of fresh air. Could he really believe her?
"Unique. Is that supposed to mean anything special? You act as if you never wanted to see me again, Laana."
He sat up straight, his large body looking somewhat formidable as he ruffled his wings, one small black feather falling on the ground infront of him.
He was confused. What did she mean by this? Why did she look so sad? Was he really that bad of a guy to think about wanting to see Laana again, to know just what she had done with her life when he had absented himself from the mortal world for a time?

She looked at him, almost like he'd something foreign to him, or even her, furrowing her brows.
"How can you say that!? You where the only the thing I had close to a friend or companion as a cub!"
She said, a slight feminine fury to her before she calmed down slightly, only to look at him.
An incredibly rare smile coming to her, although it was small and vanished instantly.
"I wanted to find you when I'd healed, to tell you where I was...I missed you...but when I became pregnant, I was both shocked and was happy for me and Ramses...but...I felt like I'd betrayed you, although I never let it show to any of the others."
She gulped down the slight lump in her throat, watching him.
"You're...precious to me..."

Dath let out a growl. Like she wouldn't know how she got pregnant. Females were such idiots sometimes. Even Dath knew about that, and he didnt' pay too much attention to anything, ever.
He sulked, wondering on just how to counter what she said to him. He did feel betrayed, a lot! They had spent so much time together when they were younger, and she just...did this to him?
He had a lot to learn about mortals. Females especially.
"Laana..." a low rumble emitted from his throat. "I do feel betrayed. I find it hard to believe that you just...did this."
Confused with all the emotions closing in on his heart, he padded up to Laana, bumping into her side with his chest. He wanted to hit her, blame everything bad on her. He also wanted to go out and seek this Ramses, to threaten him to leave her alone...he felt like Laana should be his, and no one elses.
The rumble in his throat turned into a light purr, his maw feeling out the back of her neck. He whispered softly into her ear, his low voice somewhat soft.
"I always wanted you to be mine, Laana...mine alone."

Laana's whole aura seemed to pause, eye's wide at his actions and words as she stopped.
Holding her breath in the small gasp that came with him bumping her side, only to take in everything he'd said.
He was her best friend, her master, he was the ruler of the Chaotic domain, death and destruction caused under his very paws.
He enthralled her at times and frustrated her the next.
Her body trembled slightly, head lowered, she thought she was going to break down before she lifted her head.
That old, expresionless, emotionless face that held the dark, blood lusting female inside.
She then turned her head slightly and gently pressed the top of her head against his cheek.
"I'm glad to know that..."

A low rumble emitted from his throat. Yes, his Laana was coming back...and he'd keep her. He'd take her as best he could. If only he could keep her his. Feed her everything she wanted to hear, and she'd willingly leave everything for him.
Oh, how he hoped that this would work out. He was finally telling her how he felt, even if he sweetened it up a little bit.
"Will you do anything with that knowledge, Laana?" He flexed his claws into the earth, his midnight-black wings slowly drawing themselves out. Little blood-coloured jewels jingled against the gold that held them to Chaos' pelt, the snake-slit golden eyes studying Laana's face intently, firmly.

She stayed there, pressed against him for a few moments to revel in the words he'd uttered a moment ago and to brace the returning violence of the soul she'd almost forgotten.
The dark lioness looked into the face of the Chaotic God, face expresionless as her ears perked forward to listen to him.
Laana's true, fiery, blood shedding spirit was coming back, but she was still the mother of four cubs, so...what would she do knowing that a God wanted to keep her for his own.
"Yes...I will." She said truthfully, watching him closely as she stood there.

Dath grinned. Well, that was a start. His tail lashed out behind him, and curled itself around Laana's legs. He cooed at her, very happy with himself. "Good, Laana...goood."
He gave her neck another small nibble, and his body lightly shivered. This was what he wanted, he whole-heartedly thought. This mortal, which had most likely made him the laughing stock of gods, for she was the reason that he held so many mortal emotions.
Now was the question; should he be an a**, and take Laana away from everything she had right now, or come back for her? The mortal bits of him were telling him to leave her here, to stay with her cubs until they had come of an age to take care of themselves. That would be the best. And he could hide it under the fact that she'd have to prove herself to him, that even if he left her, he'd be back for her, if only for a short while in Dath's mind. Should he dare mention that? Or just take her now?
He fell silent while thinking this, his attention from Laana waining as his mind became full of situation that could happen.

The lioness looked at him briefly, the same, emotionless look before she gently nosed his cheek before watching him, whispering against his ear as she nuzzled against the cascade of fur called his mane.
"Please tell me your thoughts Dath...I've gone so long without them..."
She said it simply, but almost in a way a slave would beg her master.
For technicly, she was HIS mortal.
The first male near her age to meet as a cub, the first 'friend' to enjoy the things she did.
The one who she always wanted to see and be by the side of since being young.
Laana paused her thoughts and glanced back at his golden, snake slitted eye's once more.

The slits in his eyes widened for a moment before contracting to their snake-like state. Well, well.
"Haven't I already told you, Laana? I want you." He said, leaving off a bit at the end to see how she would react. He loved to toy with her, to see how she truely felt about him. It was exactly what he wanted.
He wanted Laana to be his.
"I hate you, Laana. With much disdane, you have let lose the domain of Chaos inside me. I want to see where this hate will take us, see where it goes."

The female gave the fleeting sign of a smile, watching him as her ears flattened back and she gently licked his cheek in an affectionate notion to her God.
The God who was both her greatest friend and her most tedious vice at times.
At the words 'hate you', she couldn't help but pause until she heard him out and then watched him.
Looking over his form before she nuzzled against him.
"Very well." She said softly. "Let us see where your domain takes us."

The God's snake-eyes glared down at Laana, his mind twisting around the words that she had said earlier. He still felt betrayed, and it still ate him up inside. Such mortal feelings, to take over a God. Would he even be considere a God by his fellows? Perhaps if they didn't know...not knowing would be the best bet.
He breathed into her ear before whispering to her. "I believe it will take us far." He raised his head back up, his mind still bothered by this Ramses. He would seek him out, if he could. Question him....lightly.
Though Laana couldn't read his mind, she would be able to see the sinister grin that rested on his maw.
