Cabel chuckled softly, winking. "It's special if it's special to you. That's what I believe." Grinning, he paused to reflect for a moment. He hadn't expected to find anyone this deep in the forest, but he was certainly glad he had. It was wonderful to have someone to talk to like this.
"So," he started to say, "if milady has no other plans..." He stood, offering her his hand with a graceful bow. "Might I escort her to her favorite clearing, so I may behold its beauty...as well as her own?" he finished with a wink, not sure where all this was coming from, but hoping at the least he might get her to laugh.

Nienna des indeed giggle alittle as she stand taking his hand "Yes that would indeed be nice. But I am no beauty, nor have I ever been called one." pushing her hair frm her face she lifts her hand pointing towards the south well "Its that way, you can't miss it. It open up into a huge clearing.."
Looking at him she smiles "So tell me about yourself Master Cabel, what do you like to do beside wonder the isle?" Her wings flutter alittle causing them to vanish everytime they move in front of any of the plants.

Cabel chuckled at his new title. "Well, I used to spend a lot of time by the river with my family. That's where my parents made their home at least. My brother and I sort of set out on our own when we became teens. Guess we felt like we needed to 'find ourselves' or something. Then again, in Kane's case, it could be something else, but that's what it was for me."
He frowned slightly realizing how long it had been since he'd seen any of his family members. "I should really go back and visit them sometime. Last I saw of them, my parents had just had twins...I should check on my little brother and sister now that I'm older!" He laughed, covering the slight shame he felt at abandoning his younger siblings so soon after birth.
He turned, still holding Nienna's hand and smirking. "And never been called a beauty? What a shame...but you have now."

Nienna smiles then places her other hand on his forehand "I don't have any family, not here on the isle at least. I truely do miss my brothers and sisters." shaking her head she looks up at him "You should go see your family, you miss out on alot when you are not with them.."
Looking down as they walked she laughs "Yea it was always my sister who were the beauties out of the family." looking back up at him she smiles "Thank you, your very sweet..."
As they got closer to the clearing it seem everything with the clearing was even more beautiful then on the outside. It was very homely being a sacred ground. The magic within the clearing seem to make everything for lively.
Stopping on the outskirts of the clearing Nienna smiles then looks at Cabel "This is Fae clearing, a sacred ground here on the isle.."

All Cabel could do was stare, jaw hanging slack for a moment before he realized it and snapped it shut. He had no idea that such a beautiful place existed. Sure, he'd seen the beach at dawn and at dusk, the forest at night when the fireflies danced, and many other beautiful places on the isle... But this? Something special about this place called to him, distinguishing it from any other sight he'd beheld.
Smiling, he squeezed Nienna's hand gently, murmuring, "Thank you so much for bringing me here. This place is fantastic!" Still slightly bewildered by her comment about missing her brothers and sisters after saying she didn't have any, Cabel shook his head slightly, moving on. "Maybe...one day...I could introduce you to my family? I know they'd love to meet you. My mother is the sweetest Pae you could ever ask for." He realized he was babbling, but he couldn't help it.

Nienna smiles then nods taking a step into the clearing. It was almost instantly that she the Hymn of the Fae could be heard. Looking back at him she smiles "Your welcome, everyone should know about this place. It brings peace to everyone who comes here." looking back she smiles "I love this place...."
Pausing she looks down at her hand in his then back up at him nodding "I would love to meet your family. If they are anything like you I know I would enjoy meeting them..." pulling at his hand alittls she giggling. She didn't see the rock that she hit lightly with her foot causing herself to stumble alittle backwards.

Cabel gasped, leaping forward instinctively to catch Nienna. "Are you okay?" he blurted, his arm around her back for support. He hadn't seen the rock, so he wasn't sure exactly what had happened. He'd just seen her start to fall and reacted naturally. He was surprised at how light she seemed. Perhaps it was because she was a fae, or maybe it was his new adult strength. Who knew?
He glanced down, blushing slightly as he realized how close they were. Oh dear...

Nienna looked up at him placing her hands gently around his neck. She hadn't expected to be caught nor to trip. Nodding she smiles alittle "Yea I hit a rock. I guess I should have been watching where I was stepping right?" looking down a blush forms on her cheeks.
She had never been this close to anyone that wasn't part of her siblings. Moving her hand to brush his hair carefully away from his face she smiles "Thank you for catching me Master Cabel. I know that would have hurt if I hit the ground.." her eyes searched his face, they seem to almost deepen in color.
Being up this close anyone could notice that her eyes were really three colors, blue around the edges, then green, to finally the yellow that stands out the most.

Cabel gulped nervously, blushing still deeper at her gentle touch and his new title. Oh, sure, when he was a child, he never thought twice about glomping and clinging to other Pae, but now that he was grown? Something felt awkward about being this close to another Pae; especially a female for some reason.
"N-no problem," he stammered, "C-can't have you hurting yourself, right?" He grinned sheepishly, trying not to appear as awkward as he felt. Fighting to keep calm, he caught himself staring into her eyes, surprised at the variety of vivid colors he found there. She was such a fascinating Pae...and so beautiful. He started to feel self-conscious, wondering why she would ever spend so much of her time with someone like him. He wanted to pull away, wanted to just take off running into the forest, and hope he'd never embarass himself in such a manner again. But he couldn't.
And for once, it had nothing to do with his power.

Nienna smiles shaking her head "No I think getting hurt would be bad. I would embrass myself in front of you Master Cabel..." giggling she places her hand back on his neck watching him "I hope I'm not hurting you because your holding me like this. I know I must not be the lightest thing around."
She wasn't sure why but she didn't really want to move. It felt nice, she never seen anyone one else around the forest and got use to just being with the animals. Could this be why she was given this chance. To learn what being around other like herself was like.
Her heart raced alittle within her body which seem to make her even more slightly confused. Why was this happening?

Feeling slightly giddy himself, Cabel laughed, shaking his head. "Oh no! Of course not! You're light as a feather," he chuckled, trying to relax a bit. As nervous as he felt all of a sudden, it really felt nice to be close to Nienna for some reason.
Ignoring the shiver traveling up his neck at her touch, he shifted his hold, inadvertently pulling her closer. "I just didn't want you to feel awkward or anything, that's all," he said in a rush. "I mean, if you want me to let you go, just say so. I was just making sure you were okay." As time passed, however, he found himself more and more reluctant to do so. Maybe it was just how long he'd been traveling on his own, especially being alone for the first time in his life, but something felt right about spending time with Nienna like this. For once, he didn't feel so lonely...or so strange.

Nienna blush seem to deepen as she felt herslef pulled closer to Cabel. Looking up at him she giggles then shakes her head "No I'm alright. I was more worried you would get hurt that all.." she had no choice because she was shorter then Cabel at this point to move her hands down resting them on his chest.
Looking around she smiles closing her eyes for a moment "I never grow tired of listening to the Hymn in this area. Its magical just like this clearing.." she stops speaking as she just listens, her wings fluttered alittle as her hair fell into her face alittle.
Sure enough the Hymn of Fae could be heard, it wasn't being sung by anyone, it was just a soft sound that played in the air.

Something about knowing he wasn't the only nervous one seemed to help the poor confused Fae. Cabel smiled gently, watching her for a moment as he reached up and swept a strand of loose hair out of her face, tucking it behind her ear.
Closing his eyes, he let the Hymn flow around the two of them, feeling more at peace than he could ever remember in his entire life. It was a wonderful feeling. He sighed softly; not from melancholy, not from tiredness...just a sigh of contentment as he realized he would be perfectly happy to remain here like this forever if he had the opportunity.
"Thank you again for bringing me here, Nienna," he murmured. Opening his eyes, he smiled, resting one of his hands over hers on his chest. "This is certainly a magical, beautiful place. I can't believe this is real. It all feels like some sort of dream."

Opening her eyes Nienna smiles watching him. His simple touch seem just so right. turning her hand in his she gives it a gentle squeeze as she giggles "Your welcome, you can find this place anytime. All you have to do is listen with these.."
Standing on her tiptoe she lifts her hand lightly brushing her fingers against his ear "And this...." moving her hand she moves it to rest just over his heart beat as she looks up at him "With these you'll be able to find anything within this forest.." she didn't say it outloud, but she wanted to say including me.

Cabel swore he could hear his own pulse racing in his ears. Maybe this was a dream afterall. He couldn't remember ever having anything like this happen to him before. If it was a dream, then it didn't matter what he did, right? And if it wasn't...? Well, what's life without taking a few risks, eh?
He smiled back at her, still awed by her beauty and kindness. "Anything within the forest? What if it's not just this place?" He couldn't believe he was saying any of this...but charged ahead anyway. "What if all I could ever want...is already right here?" He smirked, pulling her just a bit closer to make sure he made his point. Sure, okay, so this WAS a bit out of character for him. Well, so what? He couldn't help how he felt. Or at least, how he thought he felt.
