My Mother yes, my father is another story because I haven't seen that b*****d in 7 years ... I tell him nothing about myself.

I never let anyone make me feel inferior.
Though I do know others who have felt the harsh slap of homophobes.
5. Do you feel that you are accepted by your community?
I'm accepted by my peers and friends. They are the only ones who matter. The community can kiss my lesbo a**.
6.Has your sexual identity affected your religious views?
If anything being a religious lesbian has reaffirmed my faith. Ever since I was kicked out of children's church for being too old religion was placed on the back burner. Then I completely lost faith in religion.
Since realizing I was gay, I have had to defend myself against Bible-Thumping prudes. I decided the best way to do so was to become so well versed in the bible that I could ram their words down their throat and in that process I found renewed faith.
If anything being gay sparked my interest in the bible and made me a better Christian.
7.If you have not come out, do you ever feel angry/depressed for seemingly no particular reason at times?
I did before I came out. Apparently it was bipolar ... though if you are insinuating that it may have stemmed from pent up sexual frustration ... then I'd love to hear that theory.
8. Have you ever been harassed for your sexuality? If so, how did you respond?
My grandma ... but she's harmless ... and old fashioned ...
Though I am constantly harassed by hormonally driven hetero men.
When guys say they are a lesbian trapped in a man's body.
Or OMG ur a dYke make out with my girl!!
The ever classic "I'm man enough to make you forget all about girls."
You're not gay ... you're just a lying b***h.
These only serve to reaffirm my sexuality.

I would be accept I believe in loving a person and being in a committed relationship.
BUT since no one wants to date me ... I've embraced my celibacy and become a bitter woman.

If by near you mean three years ago ... then YES!! xd

3. No...my dad's a bigot/homophobe, and my mother is a psycho-Christian.
4. Definitely not. I'm just as good, if not better, than the rest of the people for being a "deviant" from normal society, and accepting others who are the same way.
5. As a community, no. I'm right in the middle of the Bible Belt, so by coming out, I would pretty much be the victim of more hate crimes than you would think a bunch of Rednecks and Loonies could come up with. Most of my friends, except for the ones in my home town, accept my bisexuality.
6. I had decided long before I knew I was bisexual that I wasn't interested in God or the concept of organized religion. Of course, it gave me more reasons to dislike the people who practice hateful beliefs as part of a religion, but it didn't directly affect my choice to be atheist.
7. Yes, but probably not related to the fact I haven't officially come out to everyone as a bisexual. Probably more like boredom, if that counts as an anti-reason.
8. Well...I've been harassed, but that's usually because people are accusing me of being gay, not bisexual, and that's because my school is full of bigots, homophobes, and douches who have no concept of what homosexuals are really like. They have a preconceived notion of what all gay men are supposed to be, regardless of it's truth factor. In response, I usually just ignore them, because they aren't going to be any kinder if I tell them off.
9. Well, I don't have sex, but I do have a physical intimacy. I was before and after I realized I was bi...the only difference is now I'm intimate with both genders.
10. I've pretty much come out to everyone but the people in my town, so I guess I've already come out.

8. Have you ever been harrased for your sexuality? If so, how did you respond? Yes, I'm harrased all the time. Most of the time I just ignore it. It has mostly stopped because the last person to harras me got laid out and still has bruses from my fist.
9. Are you sexually active? Were you before you acknowledged your sexuality? This one needs a little explaining. I was sexualy active about six months ago, but I'm not as of now. Before that, I was a virgin, but I was still intimate with a few people. This was before I found out I was bi.
10. Do you plan on coming out in the NEAR future? I've already come out.
