"Two... ate... free... ten!" Ala uncovered her eyes, scrambling over to the tree. "Me gonna finds you!" She announced as she hunted through the branches.
Niki nodded, glancing back over to the girls. Or, where the girls had been. The woman blinked, then spotted several branches swaying against the wind in a tree not far from the monkey bars. Ah. Well, as long as Ala wore herself out, Niki didn't really care how.

Ala giggled in response to Lucia's giggles. She followed the sound and pushed back some branches. Nope, she wasn't there. The girl paused, thinking. Where else could she be? Alaqua continued on in the same direction that she'd been going, looking for any sign of orange in the green of the tree.
Niki nodded. She thought she'd seen a flash of grey among the branches. She chuckled at the woman's comment. "Aye."

Ala was not finding Lucia in that direction. She was just finding more branches. And lots and lots of leaves. Sighing, the koala child turned, trying to guess where the lynx girl was hiding. Maybe over that way?
Nikiana chuckled. "Aye."

Ala's large ears twitched as she caught the sound. It could've just been a bird or a squirrel, but the koala child decided to check it out just the same. She climbed up the few branches to where the sound had originated and pushed aside a rather leafy branch.
"Ah ha! Founds you!" Alaqua happily announced as she spyed the spotted child. "Oooh... what that?" For the girl had noticed the nest on the other side of Lucia.

"Oooh..." was Ala's response and she carefully climbed closer to the eggs. Silently, the girl nodded her answer about helping 'guard' the eggs. Yes. They must make sure that the eggies didn't get hurts.

The koala child situated herself to 'guard' the eggs as well. They were so small. Ala glanced up as Lucia spoke, thinking for a moment. Then, the toddler shrugged. "Birdie eggies..." Maybe her mother knew? But that would involve leaving the tree. No fun. The tree was lots of fun to sit in.

Alaqua frowned, glancing about. No bird in sight. Just many many branches and leaves. "Maybe the mommy not want to come back wif us heres?" Did they scare the momma bird away from her eggies? "Hmm... Go ask mommeh if birdie eggies are okay. Mommeh knows everyfings."
Nodding to herself, the koala child started climbing down the tree, glancing up to see if Lucia was following.
