PhantomoftheFox
shibaru
The only one that was completely missing was "Why Have you Brought me Here"... other than that, all of the songs are there, just in condensed version.

Actually, the second Notes scene is entirely missing as well.

As well as Magical Lasso and most of Prima Donna :c
I felt like they could have cut out more of Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again, because most people don't get the point of that scene anyway. xD;

And most of Point of No Return, Hannibal, and Masquerade.

I wouldn't mind if they cut Wishing entirely. That song bores me to tears in addition to slowing the plot down and being almost entirely pointless. It's only purpose is to show Christine being confused, which has already been expressed in Twisted Every Way. I say just do the intro to Wishing and then cut to Wandering Child. The show doesn't need another endless, repetitive Christine song.

It does have SOME point,
but it takes everyone at
least three times of hearing
the song + the summery in
the program to get it. Lmao.
Yeah, sometimes I hate that
song though.. ~_~;;

Wow!
I saw it and it was amazing!
The theatre itself was a work of art!
The mosaic mask in the floor was really cool. I got a Mask magnet and a program. <3
I haven't seen the pla performed for several years, in other productions, does Erik dangle out of the chandelier? Becaus eI didn't remembe rit. The pyrotechnices were pretty cool, too!

It is a most awesome dangly thing.
I went with my sister and she thought it was one of the best things. heart

Really? I thought it was rather stupid and gratuitous.

(Also funny, because when I saw it the Phantom couldn't get back up into the chandelier very well and was left with his legs kicking and dangling out for a while.)

I bet that made it worse. When I saw it, he had mastered it. No extra dangling 4laugh

Well it was the day after opening night, so there were still a few bugs. xD The Opera Garnier backdrop didn't go up with it was supposed to for Masquerade. The poor actors had to improvise for a good minute.

they did that at the show i saw, too.
i don't think it was improvisation, it was probably something they added.

x3 Well I just saw it last Tuesday.

It was the first production of Phantom of the Opera I have seen, so I was amazed. Only Fox, you mention the chandelier actually hitting the stage? They never did that with us, it just free fell until the lights blackened out (And then they reeled the chandelier away from sight). And all of the magic tricks were preformed perfectly! No errors.
