Heyy
I would like to be one of the crew members smile !
I want to be a crew member for this guild because i love fantasy and science fiction.( i am currently writing a book myself sweatdrop )
My leadership abilities: i coached basketball during the summer.
Reasons why i would make a good crew member are: I am always happy and i dont usually get mad. I am a people person. I am nice, has a great humour 4laugh and i will follow all the rules.

I guess the best place to start would be at the begining; why do I want to be a crew member? Well the answer to that question is that I love fantasy. I grew up with it. My parents don't read fantasy, nor do they like it for that matter, so in this area I don't owe much to them. I suppose it started with the first fantasy books I ever read, Dr. Suess. After the good doctor, I moved on to those short, large print, illustrated children books (eg. Frog and Toad, or A Friend For Dragon). Then I moved onto the classics: Chronicles of Narnia Redwall and finally... Harry Potter From there the list runs on to where I am now and it will continue till the day I die, becuase fantasy books are my sanctuary. So to answer your question, why would I want to become a moderator of this guild? Because I feel that this guild is a place where people, like I, can share their passion for their genre. Fiction, Science Fiction, Fantasy. This guild Needs to regain strength and I believe I can help. As to the rest of the resume, I have no prior experience with moderating guilds and I've never established one. I usually post or at least check for any new life once a day. I have to admit that I've never been called a "tough cookie" but I'm not a pushover and I can "enforce rules". As for my personality... that's for you to descide, through my writing. Thank you... and let me know what the news is.

Well, I wanna be a crew member beacuse I, like everyone else in this guild mrgreen , love fantasy books (particularly about dragons, which is why i like Eragon so much!). As for experience, I have some as a VP in another guild (the Gaia Common Area). I haven't joined one yet in this guild, but I love RPs heart . Posting everyday won't be much of a problem, since I'm on the internet practically 24/7. Leadership isn't one of my best talents, however, I'm sure I have plenty of great ideas on how to improve this guild. As for enforcing rules, I will if I have to, though I wouldn't expect anyone in this guild to break them! And I will definitely put that logo in my sig! To be honest, this wasn't the only fantasy guild I had the choice to join, but I picked this one because it had a cooler logo than all the others!

I am online almost everyday, the only exceptions are the rare times I go to a family members house for a holiday; i.e. Christmas.
I am diligent, hard working, and though I would rather not, can enforce any rules even if it means making some enemies. I am not fond of being mean; it does not come easily to me, but I am a tough cookie and am usually referred to as "feisty". cool
My leadership skills are not anything major. I am the one who gets everyone on their tasks at school, and I have organized many events at my school which needed someone to take charge.
I would like to be a crew member here because I am a fiction and fantasy fan. I read far too much, and spite nature for not making my giant winged lizard friends reality. I also love the topics posted in this guild, and would love to help out where I can.
I also hope I gained some brownie points by adding the guild logo to my signature; which I had done yesterday prior to reading this.

Dear Muse, I would like to be an officer in this guild. I post constantly and am a rather fair person and tougher than beef jerky. I have no problem enforcing rules, or fear of making enemies. I want to become a crew member because A) This is my favorite guild and I would like to contribute B) I'm fit for the job, and believe that I could make this an even better guild C) Because the lovely crystalsmuse asked me, and no man can defend himself against her endless charm and feminine wiles. heart The only resume I can give you is that I've co-hosted parties with people since I was very young, and know my way around the ropes of dealing with people and rather sticky situations that tend to arise. Well I guess since I was asked I should biggrin .
Why do I want to be a Crew member? It'll allow me to get more creative with my new Weekly Challenges. That's about it, I like power too, but I don't abuse it, it's just nice to have ^_^.
Why should I be a member? I've got some mod experience in my friend's guild The Roughnecks, a high end, very serious RP'ing guild, but still in the development stages (we're having a bit of trouble with getting members since finding good role players is kind of difficult, I have to help weed out the bad ones). I'm a strict adherent to rules, I'm a no bullshit guy and I'm on here every single day because well, this is one of the few things that can keep my attention for long periods of time.
I also have no trouble making enemies or enforcing rules, I have to since I want to be a teacher, so, part of the career choice. And I always check with the boss on clarfications, I hate it when people go over my head, why should anyone else by any different.
