The only thing that upsets my husband is when I have friends of the opposite sex, it doesn't matter if they are hetrosexual or homosexual, he says that it makes him to darn jellous.

AineBunny Mine gets kinda testy when I talk to other males, especially ones near my age. He's been cheated on pretty seriously before so it's kinda understandable. It gets irksome sometimes because it's a hint that he doesn't trust me and trust is big to me but I understand it and am trying to accomodate to an extent. I don't go do hangouts with just me and another male friend but I'll chit chat every once in a while. I'd be jittery if he went to hang out with a female friend by themselves too so I accept it. My boyfriend is the exact same way and for the same reason ... It's caused some real problems in our relationship because I have very few female friends simply because I like the company of guys better. Before he was my boyfriend he was my best friend so he knows I have more guy friends.

My boyfriend is the exact same way and for the same reason ... It's caused some real problems in our relationship because I have very few female friends simply because I like the company of guys better. Before he was my boyfriend he was my best friend so he knows I have more guy friends. That's exactly how it was with me. I told him repeatedly that I was friends better with guys just because I don't get along with too many females around here. He understood that. But now that we're seriously dating he gets bothered when I talk to other males. The big problem was really started when someone at work (and my b/f and I work together so he's there too) was a friend of mine that started making it overly known that he liked me. Well, this 'friend' is now kinda verging psychotic and we're not exactly friends anymore but because of the games the psychotic friend played to let everyone know he likes me, my boyfriend's trust in me has really gone down. Pisses me off just because I never did anything wrong. I understand his issues with it but I've never cheated on him and have told him as much over and over. Anyway. He deals with it alright when the guys are closer to his age (30s and 40s) but if it's someone near my age (20s) and that person shows the slightest inkling of liking me, he gets irked. It's the only thing that's really affecting our relationship. I can handle his cranky moods and easily-frustrated-ness but this no trust thing has off and on formed a wedge. Jealousy + bad history of being cheated on = uh oh, no no.

Luckily, my boyfriend doesn't get jealous that I have a lot of male friends. More male than female, too. sweatdrop
I believe the only thing he doesn't like me doing is anything that could involve my hurting myself. I'm a HORRIBLE klutz, so he will take over if there's any sharp objects or burning involved. Kind of annoying, and gets me a little spoiled. blaugh

Hmmm, there is not really anything that my boyfriend let me to do.
Or, wait a minute...
He doesn't like when I dream about gameboy. Well, we are poor and stuff so that is understandable.

I love teasing Robin by saying the pillow or some sort of yummy desert are my "new lover" *dies laughing*
he ACTS all jelious and steals me away from said object. ninja
Sometimes I gently tease him about hanging out with my guy friends, but he knows they know better than to try anything and that I am not interested in any of them.

It's a good thing he doesn't get jealous too because my best friend is a guy, and it's pretty nice getting spoiled xd

JadedLily Before this boyfriend, I had guys who loved to hear me sing ... reveled in it. They'd let me sing in the car, in the house, where ever to my heart's content. My current boyfriend hates it when I sing. No more singing in the car, no more belting out notes in the house ... it annoys him. What thing does your boyfriend not like for you to do that you miss doing? I don't really sing good, but I sing anyway and I don't think I would be able to handle it if my fiance told me not to. It's just that to me singing is almost a spiritual thing, like an outpouring of emotions, good and bad. Sometimes when I feel like the whole world has gone to crap, the only thing that can bring me out of that slump is to sing out-loud. So I guess when I read your post I got kinda mad that anyone would want you to stop singing because to me it would be like someone telling a Christian not to pray, you know?

I've got two best friends from Highschool. Kairillia and my friend Kris. I love them like a sister and a brother, we've all been close friends for like 4 years. Alex was somewhat cautious of my friendship with Kris at first, but now we all hang out together and he knows I'm all his. heart
Kat: I have to try that... when I first tried a chocolate covered strawberry I said it was my 'new religion' xd but 'new lover' sounds much more fun, though knowing my Alex his response would probably be something like 'Fine! Go marry it then!' and involve some sulking. whee Though if I took my Pikachu pillow and pretended I'd been involved with it in the past Alex would probably just pretend to beat it up... by actually beating it sweatdrop

Bah! I dont have a boyfriend...so he cant hate my annoying little habits! haha
But my breast friend Erin hates it when Im sick. (She hasnt told me anything that she hates about me or if she has, I dont remember... sweatdrop )
But everytime that Im sick she gets all depressed cause Im the sort of person that cheers people up when they are sad, angry, depressed... But when Im sick, Im sick. I try to put on a smile and do my job but sometimes it just dosnt work out thata way. ^_^
(All the boys that I know are poo!)
