Terpsichore gave another hiss sound, that woman! She was giving him the evil eye wasn't she? His tail started to lash more and he gave an angry sound, flailing a bit in the her and his father's grip seeming to be determined to get free. Orpheus had to good a hold it seemed and the snake child wasn't finding himself going anywhere any time soon.
He was forced to give a grummbling sound and give up, for now.
"Almost there Ter!" Ligeia cheered him on and the hissy snake child turned his glare on him, the owl was finding to much amusment in his situation and it irked the cobra much.

"Finished." Declared Madeline while Ter's head was turned towards his brother. She pulled the last needle away and rubbed the spot where she had injected him. "Now, that wasn't so bad was it?" From the back of her throat came a soft little chuckle.
"Now lets see, what did I promise my little patient...." her hands went into the pockets of her doctors jacket as she fished around and pulled out a handful of sugary colorful sticks. "I believe it was cheery?" with delicate ease she nabbed a red lolli-pop from the center and placed it into Ter's outstretched hand.
With candy given and the whole thing done she turned to Ligeia one last time. "How about both of you grab another one?" A mischievous little grin curled over her face. "Save it for later...maybe dad wants one too?" She suggested. It was always fun to see how the parents reacted to the idea of Madeline pumping there children with more sugar.

Ter blinked a couple of times as he was give over the possession of the candy and his demeanor changed from angry and hissing to content. He shook the thing at her, hissed, and gave a fanged smiled. It seemed she had done well in deciding the color/flavor to give the little snake child. Orpheus unwrapped it and it was immediently stuffed into Ter's mouth, being gnaws on hungrly.
"Wow... maybe that is our cue to find food huh?" He said to his boy's.
Upon being offered more of the candy Ligeia turned to his father to make sure that it would be alright while Ter released the stick holding what he had with his teeth and reached both hands out towards the woman, making grabby hands at the candy.
As for Orpheus he got a smile on his lips that was both delight and almost child light as he reached over and got a lolli-pop for himself, "After that I think I deserve one too what do you think?" He asked of his sons who nodded in agreement, "And as long as she says its fine you can each gave one more."

It was a heart-warming site to Madeline. 'Ah, such a wonderful family, so adorable. They seem to get on well enough...even if there is no female figure around for the boys.' It wasn't that Madeline wasn't opposed to breaking traditional family values, it was just a principle of psychology that children needed to grow up around both male and female role-models.
Madeline flashed the trio one last toothy smile before she walked over to open the door for them. "Now, if anything isn't right with the boys, please don't hesitate to make an appointment with D-corp. You'll probably be back sometime for a check up. We'll send you a card in the mail."
"It was a pleasure meeting you all." Madeline's last words before she ushered them out of her way and shut the door. She had to get ready for the next appointment. Speaking of which, who exactly was next?

Orpheus thanked the woman as they were ushered out and put Ter back up on his shoulders. The cobra child coiled back up and rested on his shoulders while muching on his candy. Ligeia went over to where Vorel was impatiently waiting and knelt down, snuggling him, "Look! I'm ok." He said, then showed him his arm, "See. Only a little bit of red where I got poked."
Vorel rosed up, inspecting the arm before nuzzling against it to 'kiss it better' before both rose to their feet and followed after Orpheus and Ter back towards home.
