It had been nearing late afternoon by the time Naito made her way over to Raja's. Soon the sun would start sinking low in the sky and everything would become illuminated with that warm orangey glow. The blonde smiled as she stepped out of the car enjoying the bask of the afternoon sun and the breeze that floated along on the air.

"You going to get out?" She popped her head down and peered in through the car window at a very disgruntled looking love bird. The boy simply furrowed his eye brows and starred ahead blankly. Naito giggled at this and then walked over to the other side of the car, gravel crunching under her feet, as she reached in and pulled out the colorful creature.

It had been a struggle to get him to come. The moment Paxton had heard that they were going to Raja's house, it was as if the color had drained out of his face, he suddenly snapped and became very angry with his Ma, refused to eat, held tantrums. He did just about every trick in the book to protest this visit. But in the end Naito had won. 'Fine, if you don't want to come, I'll go by myself and help Raja.'

The thought of Ma alone in that house full of killers is what had made Paxton begrudgingly commit to come. Well, more like he had grabbed a hold of her and wouldn't let go. No way was he going to let Ma get eaten by any cat!

The boy was seven now...nearing eight, getting bigger and heavier, yet Naito managed to pick him up into her arms as she walked towards the door. "Smile mi amour, I promise you don't even have to talk to any one of these brats if you don't want too. You can just stay in the kitchen with me." She kissed the boys forehead lovingly to reassure him. It was probably the one and only time you would catch Naito acting like a good mother.

She entered the house quickly and quietly, walking towards the kitchen, that's probably where Raja was...heck, its where most adults usually ended up when kids were over, until the chaos was too much to handle (then they retreated upstairs).

As for Paxton Naito didn't even have to set him down. He eventually began to squirm. "Ma...put me down. I'm not a little baby any more." He may not have been willing to talk to any one here, but if he did run into anyone he didn't want them thinking that he was some...sissy, sitting in his mom's arms. Yeah, that was the word, sissy. He ruffled his wings in an irritated fashion, hmmn, maybe he should ditch Ma. That would probably be best, at least then no one could give him trouble for being a sissy weakling...holding on to Ma.

By the time Naito neared the kitchen, she hadn't even notice Paxton had slunk off into some strange part of the house to go brood on his own. "Raja, I'm heeere" came the nut cases voice as she popped her head around the corner.

Before knocking on the door, Vivina wondered why Paxton invited her to a preteen only sleepover. She was almost a preteen but not quite, but she was sure she would not have been invited otherwise. Apparantly, the blonde haired love bird came up to her earlier and told her that he was inviting her to a sleepover. Her mom obiously agreed to this and seemed relieved when Vivina accepted. She shrugged and decided to let her mom knock instead. She was feeling confused at the moment and needed someone to explain this situation to her.

Et grinned and walked right up next to Vivina. Yes, the girl was finally going to a sleepover! At least now she could relax and try to get things under control with Colin. Recently, the two have been driving Et crazy with their constant bickering over everything. With one gone, maybe she could at least get the other calmed down and disciplined enough. Colin was older so he'd be easy to please.

Et knew why she sent Vivina to the sleepover. Vivina did tell her that Paxton seemed to be grouchy all the time, but she knew that wasn't necessarily true when he came over to invite the sugar glider. She grinned and grinned, letting out a few snickers. A girl is who Paxton wants to invite? She wondered why of all people he'd invite her. Plotting something in her mind, she continued to snicker, unaware that Vivina was listening. She pet Vivina's head and calmed down.

"Now Vivina, you're still too young to understand, but I don't want you getting into 'trouble' with any of the guys. Also, remember tou brush your teeth and get plenty of sleep if possible. Well then, shall we knock on the door now?" After that, she smiled and knocked lightly on the door, still plotting ideas in her head and snickering.

Vivina stood there even more confused by her mom's strange behavior and shrugged. That didn't explain anything to her. She just grew more and more confused at each passing moment. Then she wondered if Paxton was already here. She took a deep breath and listened to her mom. "Yes mom, I'll remember and don't worry, I won't get in trouble! I promise on a whole week of chocolate!" She smiled and turned to the door, waiting for what this sleepover might reveal.

Ligeia's watched as Keanu went with Ymir to answer the door agian and he moved to sit down with Vorel, wrapping his arms around the dragon then looked down at him, "I don't think it will be to bad." He told him, he could do this, maybe he would make some friends or something? He snuggled against Vorel.

The owl boy lifted his head up as a couple people came back into the room, a shark child. He looked at Vorel then over at him but wasn't sure how to greet him, he was a little intimidating. He looked up at his father finally arrived with his bag and brought it over to him.

"You gonna be alright?" He asked of him.

Ligeia nodded his head, "I am sure I will survive the night." He said with a smile.

"Alright. You try to have some fun." He said, patting him on the head then headed out of the room leaving Ligeia to his own devices.

((Raja: I really hope my insurance covers that... O.o

It's all good. I expected some house damage from all of this. Ymir rammed in to the door earlier, so no worries. It was bound to get totaled eventually. Kekekeke))

Knock, knock, knock. The boy glanced over his shoulder. Oi, there it went again. Wasn't everyone here yet? He mentally tallied. Mom said... Eight people? This made most of them right? He shrugged, quickly excusing himself again from Sahra's company, and pointing down the hall quickly. "The living room is over there, mum will explain anything. I gotta answer the door again." He called, hurrying back for the front hall. Ymir gave a chirping noise has he rumbled back after the boy as well, tail swatting the wall a few times as he did.

This meant more people. More people, more dragons?

"Cherruh?" The dragon asked as a rather loud... Crash was heard, and both of them sped up. There ws a look of dismay on the leopard's face as he saw what was left of the door. "Mum... Isn't going to like that..." He mumbled quietly, before looking up from the fallen thing, and spotting the pair there, who looked a little sheepish.

Oh well, she'd get it fixed. Doors could be mended, right? "Eh hello!" He called, walking over toward it, and giving the door a small kick, it didn't move out of the way though. Too heavy for that. Wow... It must have been a good knock to knock that thing off it's hinges.

He'd seen these two before right? At the pool a bit bag. "Hiya Lady Monster, and Citrine!" He called, remember the names he'd learned that day. Hm... He's also seen her before in that class right? That's where he'd given the girl her nickname. He grinned, eyeing the door. "Bit of a tap you got there? I'll tell mum later..." He mumbled, shrugging.

Ymir was hovering back a ways, obviously set off a bit by the fact the door he'd rammed headfirst into had been knocked down, still he quickly gave up on that, and pranced over to examine this new creature with curiosity. "Chrroh?" He called curiously at it, stepping around the door as he tilted his head to one side.

"Anyway, come on in. We can uh... Fix it later. For now let's uh... Just go to the living room." He added, starting to turn back toward the hallway. Mentally he knew his mum was going to flip when she heard, or saw... Whichever came first, but what was done... Was done. "Almost everyones here now I think... Sahra, Ligeia... Er... The shark kid..." He hadn't heard the boy's name. "And mom answered the door a couple of times, so some more people I think too?" He added, smiling. He wouldn't worry about the door too much.

Besides... The house would be nice, and cool now. And at least it was still standing.

"My, my someone's happy to see me." Naito said with a smirk and a slight tease in her voice. She knew she really shouldn't be giving Raja s**t right now, but she couldn't help herself, the opportunity was just to good to pass up. Raja had really lost her sanity, or maybe she was just a brave, brave women to let all these children AND their dragons into her home for the night. Naito really couldn't tell which. Hmmn, brave, she would just pick that for now. Either way, it seemed Raja would be counting on Naito's help tonight for emotional support, in an effort to keep herself from having a mental brake down at the fact that her house was going to be torn to shreds and all she would be able to do is listen from her room.

"Standing? No wa--" Naito caught the terrified expression on Raja's face and so she caught herself, and coughed in an effort to cover up for her stumble in speech. "--Eh-hem, keh...sorry bout that. As I was saying Raja, there is no way you should be worried about this. Come on how hard could it be?" The smile on her face was big enough to let you know that something was going to go terribly wrong.

Before Naito had to say anything else she was saved by the door bell. Phew, thank goodness, she didn't really feel like having to lie to her friend anymore. As soon as all the kids were here, she would just grab Raja and they would go and run upstairs and hunker down for the night. Naito laughed mentally as she went over a list of the movies she had brought for them to watch together. Yet her thoughts were soon broken, "Paxton?"

Her ears pricked at the name, and she suddenly realized that long ago had the little love bird stopped following her. "Eeeh-yeah..." she looked guiltily away from Raja, even though Raja was already off and down the hallway.

By this time, Paxton had made his way past the front door and main hallway unnoticed and was now wandering around some obscure part of the house. Well, he was, until his surroundings began to creep him out. Raja's house was odd...the hallways...they were so empty. Instead of pictures on the wall, there was...empty space.

With a sigh and an absent minded blank stare on his face Paxton turned around and began to retrace his steps, dragging his fingers against the side of the wall as he walked. He wasn't very happy at all these days, it could be seen in all his mannerisms from the out bursts to well...the way he was acting now.

Eventually Paxton reached the main hallway again, just in time to watch as the door came flying down into the floor. CRASH! The whole thing sent Paxton flying back a couple of feet onto the floor. Surprises...he did not like surprises! Ever since that one time he had met Gabby and she had startled him, sending him back into the mud.

The panic stricken love bird sat there hyperventilating for a few minutes, before he got himself under control and realized what had happened. That was until he saw Keanu, after that, he was frozen.

(((Raja hid the expensive stuff in the basement/attic. No worries. <3 Just gotta try not to sit on the gaming systems, or go into anyone's specific rooms.

But the door just got knocked in, and I'm not too worried about that, so you shouldn't worry either. <3 I knew there would be some destruction. The question is... How much?))

Raja smiled, and listened as the two explained what had gone on with the little lovebird, and their arrival. "Oooh, I see." She called, deciding not to mentino the fact that Paxton thought she was going to eat him. And that Keanu was an evil murderer. No, not the best conversation starter, or something to tell a parent as they are dropping their kid off at your house for the night. That's a really good way to say 'Oh, yes! Trust me with your bundle of cuteness!' Yes, Raja may have been insane to allow this, but she still had some wits about here, so she simply nodded, and waved farewell as the parent explained why she had to depart quickly. Ah, another child. She knew all about that.

Though the young demon boy had escaped into that realm of his already. He simply called it his 'Room,' but it was much larger. He'd explained it as a snow covered mountain, with a single cabin off in it. Though he could never go inside. He'd tried to explain things to her before, but she'd simply said it was fine, and left it at that. Apparently he'd heard it all from Aku a while back, and that's how he knew.

"Well, I will see you in the morning then." She replied, as the woman left, and turning her attention down to the young girl. Ok, so not to many sweets. Wait what? Oh no, she wasn't going to be monitoring them, so... "We'll be having tasty pizza's delivered later for dinner, the toppings will be ones you kids decide on, so do as your mother says, and lay off the sugar until then?" She said, smiling, and turning for the hall after the girl darted down it. She walked along assuming all was well, even as she did Keanu was making his way back in the other two. They wouldn't be catching each other in the living room again, but oh well.

As she approached the room she noted at the young arrival she had just greeted had... A big no-no. Well she could have it yes, but if Keanu saw... Her mind paniced slightly at the thought of it. Absolutely not, she'd have to hide it for the night. But fate was on Vivina's side in this one, and the sudden crash drew the woman's attention from the small sword.

The loud thud, and then a few voices, quieter though. But so soon? They already ripped a hole in the wall, or..? The woman spun around, quickly spotting the massacre that had been her door. Utter shock, and horror crossed the orange eared felines face as she saw it, and the two things beyond it. Though soon they where joined by the white, and silver, dragon, as well as her own son. "M-my door..." She wasn't screaming, it was just a quiet murmur as realization hit.

"I really hope my insurance covers this..." She said again, mentally tallying figures to get that fixed, and on what other damages these kids might be able to cause. No use getting angry about it though, just keep calm.... Calm... Happy place, happy place... Ah there we go...

She started down the hall, intending to check on the damage that had been done. It was also probably a good thing she'd been too busy trying to keep her sanity in check to hear the shark's comment on that. Oi'vey... Her house... She was really beginning to worry about it's well being.

'But I can't turn back now... They're already here...' She thought, mentally taking check if perhaps she had some tranquilizers stuffed somewhere in the house. Maybe, just maybe?

[ Message temporarily off-line ]

And meanwhile, here were Indigo and Citrine, standing on the wreckage of Raja's door and looking duly embarassed. Well, Indigo was embarassed. Citrine was investigating the wreckage with prods of her nose, turning bits over to get a better look at them. The dragon jerked her head up as Raja walked over, eyes nictating as she examined the human woman. ...First human she'd seen in a while, or almost-human. Jenner didn't count, smelling like another dragon as she did. The copper dragon sat up on her haunches, then strolled off the door, heading toward Raja curiously. Once she was close enough she stretched out her neck, snuffing at the woman as a cat might. Hmmm.

Indigo snapped out of her momentary daze about the time Paxton took off at a run down the hall. "--uh. Uh! I'm sorry, miss, uhm, Keanu's mom--we totally didn't mean to break the door! I was just knocking on it and I guess--uh. Wait." She pressed two hands to her forehead, clasping the other two together in front of her, before giving a rapid shake of her head, complete with accompanying wibble noises.

"Wrr!" The velvet worm looked up a moment later, managing an affable if slightly distracted smile. "Hi Keanu! I, uh, we're sorry about the door! Citrine--" She only just now seemed to her dragon had deserted her. "--Cit--oh! Okay, she's over there--uhm," one hand crept up to scratch at her hair, while she pointed with her right lower at the running Paxton. "Do you know what's wrong with him? We didn't hurt him, did we?" Out of the corner of one eye she noted Re staring, and waved at him with her left lower hand.
