Yeah i mean its probly a good idea though to keep this up considering that things can get...out of hand...at times.

I used to accept the requests and stuff but now a days no one ever requests or I just never get there in time to do so.

debating turns into arguing when one person will not listen to the other persons ideas with and open mind, or if voises are raised, or if it is not in a formatted matter.

Recently, despite my efforts, there have been a number of arguments or "heated" debates. I beleive everyone would watch what they post more often if there were punishments and consequences.
I will talk it over with the other Staff Members and post something soon.

well i am sorry about the one in the one topic, but a nonmember, who doesn't even like smallville, decided to tak it apon herself to insult myself as well as smallville. i told her that if she was not going o talk about smallville, or even about the topic, to please leave.

I totaly understand your need (and right) to defend yourself and this guild when you feel it is nessesary. However, back seat moderating and cat fighting in the thread is not the answer. Take it up with me and Saber, or PM the person yourself. 3nodding

But i wasn't really doing either. It may be just what i think, but I'm not trying to take over your jobs or any thing when i say "Please no one word posts" I'm just enforcng the rules of the guild. I mean it was my idea for the "No One Word Posts" in the first place. I'm used to it. But its nice to know i have my own personal hotline for Harassment.
