: Azalea gazed into the man's sorrowful eyes, they bore the weight of a man who had seen all the pain the world had to offer and had nothing left to see. Clinging to her last shred of serenity, Azalea cleared her throat and composed herself.
When she finally spoke, it was not to Vasquez. "Sisters, would you please tie off your weave and let me speak to them alone please?" The women appeared shocked but begrudgingly did as they were told, sliding the small iron flap shut that let the sound of their convorsation out. Just to be safe, Azalea wove threads of Air and Spirit about them to form a Ward that blocked their voices from the ears of any who might try to listen.
Azalea tried to think of how to begin, this was not an easy proposal to make and she had to word it just-so. They would jump at the opportunity no matter how it was presented, but how she worded it determined her fate. Finally deciding on an approach, Azalea looked to both men calmly, taking a deep breath before beginning. "How much knowledge do you have of the Black Market?" She said it carefully, trying not to give off too many hints at once. Light, I can't believe I am doing this. She chided herself, Yes you can, she argued, you know you can't resist them. You would do anything for them, anything. As she awaited a response from the two men, Azalea's inward battle raged on. :

: Azalea smiled, "I suppose they would." She said slowly, chewing his words over. It was obvious he was refering to Vasquez and himself. Catching Anon's eyes linger on the Aes Sedai outside of her Ward, Azalea shook her head. "They can't hear a thing. Let me demonstrate." A playful smile crept upon her full lips, "THE TOWER IS UNDER ATTACK!!!!!!!!!!!" She screamed at the top of her lungs but kept her body fully still but for her clenched fists. The Aes Sedai outside of the Ward did not so much as flinch. Azalea turned to them though, and motioned for them to leave. They nodded begrudgingly and tied of their threads before leaving. "See? No tricks." Azalea became serious then, her features becoming cold. "It is obvious you are desperate," she said to Anon, "and obviously you want out too Vasquez. What I'm proposing is nothing illegal. As a matter of fact, it is a journey for the Tower and I would be rewarded for my discoveries once I explain what my purpouse for freeing you two were. But none of the nations would approve, obviously, and for that reason the Tower would likely not allow me to leave with you two, though they would understand my reasoning. I need help finding things. Well, actually I would have no trouble finding them," She said, fingering one of her many Ter'Angreal affectionately, "It is just a matter of getting them." A trace of a smile played on her lips, "That is where you two come in." :

~He and Man'Shendar rode through the city for a good deal of the day, but nothing much interesting turned up exept a mind-made-map of the city. He sighed, looking towards the tower often and knowing that it piqued his interest, though he wasn't exactly sure why... Maybe he wondered what went on with the power behind those walls? Or maybe he was just thinking of a little coin to be made in joining the tower guard? Heck, he may even be thinking of going after all the wonders of the power that must be stored behind that great behemoth of ogier masonry...of course, if he had truly wanted such things, Rhuidean held hundreds...possibly thousands...And if he had wanted to be a soldier, he would have returned to Shienar...And the Power? The Aelfinn had taken care of him there...even if it was for a price...no....something else tore his sight away from the streets, and towards that place...just a....curiosity in general? Well...he'd find out...tonight...~

"I think it would be perfect. I know many people in the Tower, but none too many to make a wedding list dear."
He sat silent for a moment, then sighed.
"Come to think of it, the guests for you at the wedding may as well be mine as well if we go to Fal Dara; they are as close to family as I have."
He knew that this emotion ran deeper, but not how deep it ran. He felt a pain in his heart at realizing that his little joke was the truth; he had not a single relative left, they were all dead. Unless his father were to show up and feign happiness for him. Nethal had always been detached from his family, especially from Lathanam. He resented this thought and felt his face go sour. Only for a moment did it though, for he returned to seeing the Reheniens again and their wedding.
"Fal Dara it is, but when do we leave? Say...first light?"
He was joking of course, but was he? He found himself more eager to leave the Tower than when they had left just months before.

D.Monica Kali was without sweat as she twirled her blade, her braid sliding over her back as she spun to hit Wes with it, she'd dressed according to the occasion brown leggings and a tunic that fit her loosely, hiding her shapely figure well enough for her purpose. Her breath was even as she came back to front, staring intently at Wes attempting to determine his next move, she wasn't half as good as him. The only reason he was probably sparring with her was the fact that she needed the physical exercise. The small knot in her head that was him was something familar to her, something she enjoyed feeling considering it'd taken ages to actually be able to bond him. "Come now...hurry up. I've got this book i'm dying to read..." She mummered softly, a slight smile tugging at the corner of her lips once more. She was truely enjoying herself, as she'd found someone to care about her as well as having that book to read. Her dark eyes remained on her opponet, waiting patiently for his next move. He always won, as was to be expected, but she needed the practice badly! Wes was saying that she spent to much time sitting at the library, or in her room, reading away and not even coming out for days. He had to remind her to eat occasionaly and even get up to use the chamberpot. Other wise she'd sit there fidgeting and her stomach growling until the book was done. Not only that but she was intently writing a book about Dreaming as well, as she was a Dreamer as well as Wes was and had quite a good strength in that area. She'd done good to learn so much, and rather enjoyed the world presented to Dreamers. Soon, she hoped, she'd be able to take care of matters in that book. Wes smiled as he blocked and spun away. He felt at home while fighting. The only time he felt more so was when he was with Kali, so since this was a combination, he couldn't be more happy. The dragons on his sword gleamed as he lashed out, going more quickly than he had been a second ago. He had doffed both his Warder's cloak and long black coat for this bout. Kali was much better than she thought, and with a staff like weapon he had a hard time keeping up, especially since he had strengthened it for her with the Power.
He still didn't like taking off the Warder's cloak he had worked so hard for, it also seemed to carry a piece of the bond he share with Kali outside of the normal Warder bond. They had both proclaimed their interest for each other awhile before either had been raised, and the ascension not only carried the proof of their skill, but for Wes, it carried and ascension of their relationship on that level as well. Wes had not originally thought of having to remind his beloved to eat and even relieve herself as part of a Warder's job when he had first come to Tar Valon to study with the Warders in Training. But of course he hadn't expected to find one to care about either, so that just went to show him how much life threw you for a whirl. If you don't want the part about Wes making your Ashandarei stronger, let me know and I will take it out...

Eiryn entered the Tower gorunds still lost in thought. Unbidden, her hand caressed the heron-marked blade at her side. Attacked in bright daylight! Here! In Tar Valon! Things like this happened so rarely, as Aes Sedai punishment was harsh, all the more so because it came form Aes Sedai. Her mood brightened considerably as she entered the Warder's training yard. A Warder, Wes, and his Aes Sedai, Kali, were sparring. A visitor stared at them, obviously thinking their fight was in earnest. The Aes Sedai was obviously the lesser of the two fighters, but she wasn't bad, either. Most likely her Warder was trying to keep her in shape, as she rarely left her study. The Aes Sedai was normally the picture perect Brown, always lost in a book or going on about dreams, but she looked a Green with her ashanderi in hand. Eiryn carefully skirted the spar, making her way aorund to where the practice swords were and chose one. But she didn't begin the forms yet, she wanted to watch Kali Sedai and Gaidin Wes.

(No prob)
Kali stopped, pushing the unbladed end of her staff into the ground and then waving a hand as she shot a glance at one of the newer people who'd come to see them. A smile curled her lips and she tiped her head in the direction of the girl with the red hair.
"Lets go see if she's interested, shall we? I'm a bit tired as well...sorry but i'm afraid i'm done for now. You know i've got that book and well...that girl looks interested in something.." She smiled, sending a shy week in the direction of Wes knowing that he was tremendously to good to her. Then staff in hand, she moved towards the girl a serene look on her face as she did.
"Hello child, might of be of some assistance?" She asked softly, the expression still in place.

Lily was unused to such attention, and shifted a little while her staff was held horizontally clasped by her hands. Blue eyes marveled at the serene look that the woman held but the disappeared as the question was surfaced. Lily first shook her head, then nodded, then as if changing her mind totally, just shrugged. It was so hard to express yourself without words, so hard to communicate with others. All she did was take her right hand from the white staff and motion to her mouth, trying to tell the woman she couldn't speak.

: Azalea was dumbfounded at the man's audacity, though she quickly masked it with the facade of serenity. This man thinks he is in charge! Does he not realize I can leave him to rot in a jail cell until the end of this Age if I choose to?! Azalea met his eyes and held them, not letting him intimidate her as he quite obviously was hoping. A playful smile danced about her features, but her eyes remained cold. "You do realize that I could just leave you to waste away in this lovely cell, don't you? I'm sure that you would enjoy that so very much." She rolled her eyes and leaned back in her chair, pondering his proposal. "So let's just say I am toying with the idea of accepting your offer. How would we go about our timely exodus? My original plan was for you to aid me and then for me to bring you back, bearing the spoils of our little expedition. If I was to let you escape beforehand, my neck would be on the line." As she said this, Azalea made the motion of her neck being slit with her finger, and in that instant, the bonds retaining the men were released. :

"Well now...I do believe I get your meaning. Can you write? Do you know your letters?" She asked, the serene look cracking as a smile split her lips as she kneeled down in front of the girl. She was squatting and didn't mind in this leggings, but in a dress it would have been different. Perhaps if the girl knew her letters then they might make a bit more progress, and she felt the Spark in this child. So she could channel, that was for sure, but Kali idly wondered why she couldn't speak. Had something happened, or had she been born unable to communicate verbly?

Anonitas drew a sharp intake of breath as his bonds were released. A certain amount of trust was being given here, and the witch was on equal ground for a brief moment. He laughed at his own foolishness. Equal ground? I am still the one in the cell, and she still has the key. However, if I let her have her way, we will likely end up with nothing. Anon chuckled again as he realized they had nothing now, so it wouldnt be much of a change. He could see that the Aes Sedai was getting just a bit irritated at his demands. She did have a point; however, Anon had a point as well. “Yes, I suppose you could leave us here to rot forever, and I guess there is nothing we could do about it. The cell is quite lovely if you think about it, and the food has been of acceptable quality.”
Anon smiled as somehow still more surprise came into her eyes. “It’s really too bad that youve decided not too take us. I guess I cant blame you, we are rather untrustworthy people, or so Im told. I was just really looking forward to showing you all the things that can be procured when you know the right people. Im sure youll be able to find other people as experienced as us right? Oh, I guess you wouldnt, last I heard, we were the most notorious criminals around. I suppose you are out of luck madam.
The conversation was really beginning to make Anon laugh inside, and it was difficult to keep a serious face as he continued, “Before you go, would you mind giving me your opinion on what method of suicide I should use? Ive learned hundreds of ways to kill a man, and I suppose they would all work on me as well. Id just like to know your favorite. Rotting in a cage is a bit dull, so I think Ill take my chances with the creator, if youll excuse me miss…..” Anon gave her his most sarcastic smile as he bowed, and turned slowly to walk further into the room.
