i know you've thought about leaving before Rue and we managed to talk you out of it, i too don't want to see you go, as fawN said, take a break if you're unhappy but please don't leave us cry
i wont quit Neo, but i am cancelling my premium as i hardly ever visit so it's a waste of money for me, for non US people it says to send an email, i assume that(eventually) someone will contact me confused no doubt not before another month's payment has come out though.

Wow, that was a quick reply from them! How nice.
When neopets suspended my premium service about a month ago (my credit card had expired, and I was not notified, just logged in to find I had no portal) I was actually able to reach them by phone rather quickly.
I have only a few things about the site itself I mind, my biggest letdowns started over a year ago from people I have met along the neo way. I always felt I tried to participate, always donated to guild accounts, and to collections for people when they were brought to my attention, but over the course of the past year or so I have begun to notice that I was much less known and cared for there than I thought I was. I have even had people promise things only to break or disregard (or claim they forgot) their promise and finally when the Purkle Couch more or less blew off my birthday, I knew it was time to just stop caring what goes on there. If I can be nothing to the majority of them, then having a guild cannot be the key to my neo happiness. I suppose the extended sabbatical from neo is my way of *licking my wounds* but I can't help but notice how I am not even missed over there, so...

wow! I'm honestly surprised how mad people are about this april fool's day joke. I purposely signed on to neo today to see what they would do and I was laughing my butt off (it's a big butt so I can laugh alot hehehe) I've learned never to take anything on neo on april 1st seriously.
I don't play much on neo lately, mostly cuz of my puter being slow, in spite of all the help from fawN and her hubby, plus I am a little preoccupied with wedding stuff. I lose hours surfing wedding ideas each day lol. It's scary.
And don't worry..eventually we're moving to cali and I'm gonna get a job with neo and I'll help everyone get everything back they lost heart heart heart heart heart heart heart (i can dream can't i?)

simlizzy and finally when the Purkle Couch more or less blew off my birthday, I knew it was time to just stop caring what goes on there. This was a mistake by our birthday fae who didn't realize that the neopets guild calendar did not automatically repeat every year and had to be manually re-entered, and she didn't check the yahoo calendar until recently when her mistake was discovered. She's very sorry. The neopets couch has changed over the years as different members become active or inactive, and especially since neo's new terms and conditions. Things are always in a flux and it's never the same as one once remembered. But every NOW is now, and should be enjoyed as such. I'm sorry you have disappointments from it lizzy. cry I've always cherished you as a member of all the couches.
