My turn! And, for my first post, I hope it's considered well thought out.
Also note: I only have access to the anime, and as such will not be taking Bankai or the Hougyouku into account.
Currently, we're playing off of an uneven playing field. We don't really know what Aizen is capable of because his more advanced skills -are- unknown. However, we do know he has the following:
Shyunpo - A nearly unlimited version of Shyunpa; the Flash Step allows a person to move long distances in an instant. This is considered teleportation, in my eyes, because the user is in complete control of this skill. True, some people can trace the movement, but that still does not negate the speed used.
Shikai - His Complete Hypnotism. While it is true we are uncertain whether or not it would affect Alucard due to his condition, it is also known that Aizen used his Complete Hypnotism on every high-ranking member in Soul Society, save Tousen ( because of his blindness. ) Thus indicating that it can be used on multiple 'souls' if you will. ( It hasn't been shown versus a Menos Grande which, by definition is a compilation of souls as that is what Hollows are. )
Zanpakutou - In itself, the Zanpakutou is specifically designed to harm the soul. Literally translating to 'soul cutter', it is assumed that it can hurt spiritual, and physical bodies.
Demon Arts - While we are not aware of the full array of his demon arts, in episode 62 of the anime, he used Demon Art The Way of Blasting #90, Black Coffin on another Captain. The captain was effectively removed from the fight. What we do know about Demon Arts is that #1 is the weakest, and 99 is the strongest. Through simple analysis, if he knows up to 90, he is already a formidable spellcaster.
But, in the end, this fight is lacking knowledge; no one really knows the extent of Aizen's power. I believe he would win, but that is based on bias... I really like Aizen-taichou. xD

We also have to bring in the character's design. Aizen, for all his power was created to be a major enemy for his own series and will be eventually defeated by Ichigo, while Alucard is blatantly Omnipotent. We also have to consider that Animecard defeated Set on the mortal plane and Set was an elder god, far greater in power then Aizen. We also have to bring in the fact that Aizen is a soul, while Alucard is essiantially a soul devouring void. A single person has yet to give any evidence preventing Alucard from eating Aizen.

Well technically, the Set he defeated in the anime was not meant to be the Egyptian god Set, but the demon Set from Christian Mythology. They're two different beings.

You also have to consider the fact though that Alucard has already been shown in his fully released form in the manga. On the other hand Aizen is only beginning to exhibit his levels of power. In the end I believe that the power curve in bleach will end up far higher than that of Hellsing, however much of this falls into the realm of speculation, so I would vote that we stall this battle until we see more of Aizen in action

Iwill admit that at the current level of power for Aizen, Alucard could probably do it, that's why I put a delay on the topic since at the beginning I thought we could use some speculation due to reasonable inferences. however I believe that by the time Aizen is at his full power that will be impossible.

Here's my defense on the Alucard eating him thing: "Why are you coming at me with a fork? Get away. -Explosion.-" Aizen wouldn't just sit there, y'know? Besides. Even if Aizen were to get overpowered, he still has the 'live to fight another day' trump in the fact that the Menos could just save his a** again.

You're just adding appetizers to Aizen's main course. I believe he was referring to the beams of light that come from the Menos mouth that enable Aizen to leave Soul Society. This light creates a seperate world sealed off from the real world and while inside it Aizen is untouchable.

Can he reach a world that is separate from his own? As in, fourth-dimension breaking? True, they would be in the middle of a place where they -could- interact, but that wouldn't be Rukongai, or something similar. Besides. The Menos could use a Ceros attack to help, which incinerates spiritrons, or the spirit particle, one or the other. Of course, I doubt it would work on Alucard, considering the Ceros was stopped by Ichi.
We still haven't seen Aizen's true power, so it -is- a bit of a futile effort.
