"Oh ho! Did you now? Well that is very very good news." His smile was a bit well..feral, a side of him that only Myr had seen and lived. He was good at what he did. "No I don't like to see you in danger but danger sometimes also runs from you so there is that." He ruffled her hair gently. "Ahh the adrenaline, I think the lust for shady work has been growing in us both for quite some time. I'm willing to pick up the pommel again." It would be good to get some proper angst driven exercise and no one he would rather spend it on than the scumbags who picked on his precious daughter.

She smiled as she curled into him. This was a lovely evening. Saras was safe, they were warm. She could easily get a missive if Saras needed them. They had that setup. "Besides, Saras knows how to get ahold of us..."
Rydan on the other hand. She hummed. "...should we tell Rydan to write?"

"Mmmm maybe we should wait on telling him that..until we get other things sorted out. I don't think the bandits will be up to defeating us and that would be where the problem would likely be. Besides he has a kinfa of his own." He didn't want to upset Myr further and he knew there was a lot of unspoken words that had to be hashed out at some point. "Yeah lets wait on that, we can contact him after we finish..if we want." He didn't want him distracting Myr or himself and the boy had been okay for how many years with out them? Too many. Contact had been made but Ai chose not to dwell on a topic that would be powerful enough to distract them both.

She rolled her eyes. "I know that, I'll go to him." she huffed cutely. "I deserve to see his life that he had without us....maybe guilt trip him in the process." she looked to her husband. "I know, I know...wrong reasons..."
She whined softly. "We go after the bandits...their...actually near where Rydan lives..."

He blinked rapidly. "Well if you are sure, I mean we might bump into him anyway if we are close." Obviously from her comment she was ready for that interaction. No doubt there would be tears and yelling all around. He should be there for that but it would be hard on his heart and hard on Saras if she was near best that she stay where she was and Myr get Rydan and Ai alone. At least that was what he thought, he wasn't sure what the right answer was in such a complicated situation.

She cupped his face. "I want to see him. I won't cause too much fuss..." she smiled. "Besides....I wanna see if any of his daughters give him my level of greif."
That was a mother's delight.
