Eurig picked himself back up to stand at his full height and brushed some forest dirt off his leggings. It wasn't much, just some leaves and a bit of muck, but it wouldn't set a good example for any patrons who stopped by during the day.
"Yeah, we'll call it the 'tough guy' plan." He chuckled and motioned with his head to start walking. "You need to eat good stuff, which I know your parents are probably already giving you, you need to get to bed on time and you can't push yourself too much. If we do too much too soon it won't work; and you want to be like me, right? So we gotta take it in stages. That way it sticks."

Yes! Operation TOUGH GUY. Ares beamed toothily and rushed to follow, faltering only for a moment when Eurig said he had to follow his normal bed time. He huffed, but didn't argue more than an unhappy little grumble. "Stages - so like, I get a big arm then work on the next one?" He was being cheeky, and his almost feral grin made that clear, if Eurig looked at him. He knew that getting big came in fits and bursts, but just knowing he had a PRO working to help him NOW - instead of just waiting until he was 'older' already made him feel a lot happier.

Eurig started to say the word 'no' with a chuckle until he turned around and saw that grin. That look that was so utterly feral he knew it had come straight from the boys grandmother and not from his Aishan side.
"Stages like we build muscle on both arms - like stacking plates to make them taller - instead of one arm being so big you can't lift it." To emphasis it he dipped his shoulder, acting as if his left were simply too massive to move and dragged the ground.

Ares burst out laughing at the image, mimicking Eurig with an exaggerated gait - which of course led to him bumping against his uncle's side. In this moment, whatever bravado he'd been puffing himself up with melted away into the kid he actually was again. And he could only be a little upset when he remembered that in exchange for Operation Tough Guy ... he'd have to help out. Cleaning.

Eurig gave a little bump to Ares in turn, sticking out his tongue to the boy before hurrying his stride. He never lifted his arm, though, and acted as if he were dragging the 'massive' limb along the ground. It was stupid and he'd definitely feel it in his back later, but for a moment the boy was actually being a boy and he just...wanted to hold onto that for a little while longer.
Operation Tough Guy could wait.
