"True sprouts, I haven't a clue where to find them all." Teiluj mumbled with a bit of embarrassment. Brushing her hands against each other to dislodge any dirt she may have picked up from the feeding. Reaching forward to slip her hand easily into his. Her body quickly falling into stride beside him. Subtly taking note that he would have to vanish for a moment. A temporary worry crossed her mind as she squeezed his hand, letting the feeling go as swiftly as it had come. She trusted that whatever it was Lynx needed to do, was in their best interest. Nodding her head she kept pace as they walked together towards the markets. "I can search the stalls for what we need while you tend to your business. I've brought coins with me. Quahar is cheaper anyway."

Teiluj's eyes widened as they reached the market. This was were she had first met him. Blushing with embarrassment at the memory of their first encounter Teiluj released Lynx's hand. "I'll search these stalls while you tend to your business?" The hybrid suggested. She knew what she was looking for, she just didn't know where to find them. Which was likely to keep her busy for a while.

Teiluj nodded her agreement, waiting for him to leave with a puzzled look on her face before turning her attention to the aforementioned meat stand. Her eyes searched up and down the various cuts. There were meats from as far as Zena available. The stall owner clearly a mage with ice magic used to keep the various meat available as fresh as possible.

"Can I help you dear." The stall owner spoke.

Lifting her eyes to meet the man speaking Teiluj nodded. "Oh yes, I'm looking for a half pound of Quahar. If that's at all possible?" She watched the ice tribesman nod and shift about, eventually pulling out a box from under the tables. Dropping it on the tables with a loud thunk. "25 silver." The man finally spoke.

The hybrid girl paused before nodding to produce the required trade. It was cheaper than last time she had been out. Teiluj wondered if it had something to do with how late in the day it was. No matter the reason she wasn't going to comment on it. Dropping the exchange into the mans hand Teiluj thanked him before taking the meat-box.

Turning to look around at the various stalls Teiluj waited a moment for Lynx to return. When it started taking longer than she thought, she decided it would be best to cut down the time shopping and search for the remaining ingredients herself. So that they could return home and prepare dinner sooner. It made sense to her after all.

Teiluj gave a jump when Lynx came up beside her. She was in the middle of reaching for the last ingredient. Giving him a 'you startled me, how dare you.' look she huffed a sigh before reaching out to grab the middle sized tuber from the basket. "I think there's enough here for a few days worth of food. If not, a few beasts will have a hearty meal in the morning." Teiluj chuckled. Nodding to the stall owner as she made her exchange.

"I actually found some really good cuts today. And for alot less too. I was expecting to have to pay alot more. You don't suppose that it's because of how late it is in the day, do you?" Teiluj shrugged, tucking the tuber into the bag on her belt. Turning to look back at Lynx she stopped. Holding her body perfectly still as her eyes fell upon a wrapped bundle in Lynx's arms.

Blinking twice her eyes shifted up to look Lynx in the eyes. She wanted to ask him what he was up to. Thinking better of it before she could voice her curiosity. What he did was his business and she trusted him. Her eyes flicked back down to the blanket curiously looking. Clearing her throat and shaking her head Teiluj straitened up, attempting to respect Lynx's privacy. "It wont take too long to cook our meal tonight. It's a simple one."

Shrugging, Teiluj stepped forward to link one arm through Lynx's stepping closer to him. " Should we head home? Unless you're not finished your business here yet." Teiluj mused.

"Huh... wait... Lynx hold on... Wait... hng..." The busied exchange of items left the hybrid wiggling and giggling at the strange behaviour. "What are you up-"

Teiluj stopped speaking abruptly as the bundle in her hands shifted within the confines of its blanket. Her eyes darted back and forth between Lynx and the small bundle. If it was in her arms, then it was fair game for her to look and ask questions, right? Tilting her head eager to see what was hidden beneath the fabric Teiluj cautiously peaked below the cloth she was lifting up. Her face brightening in an instant.

She struggled to suppress the urge to sequel, and leap into hugging Lynx. Never in her wildest fantasies had she foreseen anything like this. She had promised herself no more familiars, but, could she really be expected to uphold that promise when she was mated with Lynx? But a Loatoa?

"Lynx, where did you find this one. It's so small, and it's just so cute." Running a finger along the small kits nose she brought the bundle up to meet her nose. Gently booping noses. "You had me worried that having a daughter was instantaneous." Teiluj teased. "I've heard stories of the pixies doing such things."

Dinner was all but forgotten with the events of the day with a soft mewl from the Loatoa. "Have you named it. Wait... is it a boy or a girl... branched sprouts... she's perfect. Can I keep her, oh please say I can keep her."
