The forearm connected with those velocity and knocked Max backwards, as he flamboyantly turned and stumbled forward, in to the ropes. He gripped the top rope, really selling that forearm.

Trent had two objectives this match. One, to win and continue through the tournament. But he really wanted to show this new guy what the biz was all about.
Grabbing Max by his wrist, Trent looked to whip his opponent to opposite side of the ring. Planting his feet into the mat in front of the path Max would make while bouncing back. Getting ready to shoulder his opponent down.

Max finds himself sent forward towards the ropes, rebounding with some velocity and coming back to Trent. He was then planted to the ground with a thud. The crowd gave off a cheer at the impact!
Steel then grunted and looked to wrap his legs around Trent, trying to bring him down to the ground!

Trent would get his feet grabbed by the legs of the rookie, and have them tugged from underneath his feet. Just barely catching the mat on his way down to stop a nasty bump on to his face.

Max could have taken control of the situation, but instead shot to his feet, raising both arms out in a 'Y' shape. He got a pop from the crowd, as she showed off his pearly white teeth - completely ignoring his opponent.

This guy is definitely something else. He is like one of those indie darlings he has seen. Slapping his thigh and gloating as much as possible to make up for any kind of lack of skill.
Trent would begin to pick himself up to his feet. Letting the young star gloat, for what may be the last time this match, if Trent had anything to say about it. Take it in, man.

That he did, as Steel nodded out towards what he would assume was his adoring crowd. He spun on his heel, to see Trent back on his feet.
Giving him a sly wink, he pointed out at the crowd.
"They love us, Trent. Can't you see?"

Well, I am sure they love one of the two, for sure. Trent would nod at the man, before striking the chest of Maxwell.
Trent wanted to see what Max can do, and there is no better way than an exchanging of chops. There is no way Max could say no, since the crowd loves chops! Right!?

That first chop could be heard across the venue, as Max clutched his chest and winced at the pain. He cried out,
"Aaaaaagh! Maximum resilience!"
Before he fired back his own chop at the chest of Trent!

The sound would bounce throughout the arena. A very good chop that would begin to welt up the chest of Trent.
But he wasn't done, after tending to the tender chest, Trent threw another chop of his own, putting a little more oomf into it.

The crowd were beginning to really love this, as the third chop in succession comes in. That makes it 2-1 in Trent's favour..
"Eeeeerrgghhhhh! Maximum retaliation!"
Steel fired back again, this time going for a flamboyant series of mini chops, alternating hands as he does so!

The strikes would connect in succession. Despite the fact that they would stack up, none of them were as significant as a big chop.
So he would eat the chops and as soon as Steel tired himself out, he looked to throw one more chop to the chest of the Rookie.

That last chop connected hard, which sent Max stumbling backwards. He seemed to come back to reality for a moment before holding up his hands, almost asking Trent to stop.
"Woah, woah.. I want no trouble here, partner."
Steel would step forward and look to offer a handshake, before quickly aiming a retaliation chop!

Trent was done with the games at this point. Regardless of that handshake being one of good faith or deceit, Trent didn't give Max the chance to do either. Trent reached in to grab the hand, just to try apply a wrist lock.
However, the handshake was fake and before Trent could reach out to grab the extended hand, Max would bring his hand back and deliver a lightning fast chop. Surprising Trent, for sure!

Max grinned and stuck a fist in the air in triumph, before running behind him and against the ropes, looking to come crashing forward with a flamboyant flying forearm!
