"Feels like I've been here for ages already." The slighter of the two Elidae murmured. She'd left home in such a rush that she hadn't marked exactly when she left or how long she'd been gone. "I came here to visit with my aunts and cousins, but I really should be getting home sometime. Although... Well, one of my other Aunts and her daughter have been traveling a bit, y'know? Seeing other trees. Maybe I should do that."

Without so much as looking at Vetra, knowing full well the other Elidae's opinion on it, she instead grinned at Seiong. "Might be nice to see where your kind are from. Think they could handle me?"

Oh, so Enya had family here! Seiong once again quietly lamented her decision to make this trip alone... It would have been so much easier with any of her sisters. Speaking of home though-! She cocked her head slightly before a chuckle rose. "Visitors are always welcome to Chiume. I can't guarantee you would get to see Azehra, but anyone should be happy to tell you all about her."

She couldn't help looking at Vetra with an impressed nod. "That's quite admirable." She had considered taking up a blacksmith apprenticeship before, but the idea of her throwing around the giant hammer and carrying a bunch of sharp weapons back and forth was, frankly, laughable. She would inevitably do some major damage to herself or someone else with her clumsiness. She'd been told it would help get rid of her 'lesser' traits, but she didn't think it to be worth the risk.

She chewed on her lip a moment before her attention returned to Enya. "I'm.. actually going to start making my way back home when I'm done here. I'll be stopping in Matori on the way, but..." It was terribly early to trust, but by Azehra, she needed one friendly face around on her trip! "I wouldn't say no to sharing the journey at least a little if you truly wish to go the see Vandrea."

Vetra ll 7

If Vetra's jaw could have clenched any tighter it would have snapped. Going off with a stranger? Of all things?! They'd just met! She hadn't even wanted Vetra to tag along when she went to Zinris but now she was just willing to go across the sea with someone she barely knew?! It was enough to make her blood boil!

The stronger of the Elidae lifted the trident and jammed the butt of it into the soft ground. When she had Enya's attention she pointedly ignored the Vandrea and murmured a tense, "I'm going back," before turning on her heel to leave.
