“Mhm!” She’d have to use that as her secret weapon in the future. Though now her attention was caught but the antivenom in the bottle. “What are you making Oma?” Her hands gripped the edge of the table but went no farther. She knew that things on top were not meant for her.

“Hm. I’m making another antivenom. It was requested for the healer. She must have used up the other bottle.” Not that she was upset by that. She knew a lot of the younger generation was careless when it came to breeding season for keldari. While the beasts might be tame when they were familiars they were vicious when defending their den and clutches.

“Ohh. So someone got bit again?” That was the only conclusion she could come to with that information. She had to wonder why people were so careless. “They should really pay better attention.” She nodded her head at her own words. “Maybe you should tell their mothers so they listen better.”

She laughed as the last of the ingredients went into the bottle to be stirred up. “If only that would work. Not everyone listens to their mothers.” She made a point of looking at her little girl as she said this. “Sometimes you don’t listen.” She had to point it out.

A bit of an ashamed look crossed her face but she let go of the table and looked the other way. “Oh, look.. I have to go tell Kyrrha about my victory over bad Vetra!” She avoided the subject as tactfully as she could. Moving toward the door she waved to her Oma but didn’t look back. "Bye!!"
