Description / short history : Rukiya is somewhat of a strange sort of individual. Having traveled by paw to the southlands, she claims that she is some sort of 'princess' and demands everyone she meets treat her as such. If they manage not to, they are therefore 'blacklisted' in her mind, which, in other terms, means ignored, forgotten, and treated as if they didn't exactly exist. Because of this trait, it is extremely difficult for this flamingo pink female to even begin to find any friends and persons to speak with.

Of course this is often her persona downfall, considering that it's impossible to really get to know, love, or rather even like this "pink princess".

In all actuality, Rukiya is nothing short of a fraud with a snobby, stuck up attitude, running along unsupervised while her parents remain unknown, despite that she claims that they are supposedly traveling. However it is unlikely that they will ever meet again, since she remains now under Nyekundu's watch.

just a quicky update for you guys ^-^!

If this pride is confirmed (hopefully it will be!) yek will be marking all of the pride members bar Afu and his own cubs (royalty doesn't get marked)

I was thinking a tripple V formation standing for, Vengence, Vendetta and Victory.

The scars (cause that is what they will be) don't have to be visable but all members will get them either on the rump, shoulder or cheek (those of you whom have vein lions in our midst will probably get them on the cheek)

I hope you all like this idea I have run it past dust and she's said okay. Nyek likes to mark His possessions XD!! HJpe this is a twist in the tale you will all enjoy!

as it is I ~~beleive~~ that because they have been napped as cubs that nyek will have put enough fear / obedience in them that they will beleive that there is nothing else except the pride.

I know alot of people have been speaking about escape attempts, but there are those within the pride that are on his side and with the poduction of his own family I think that any uprising or escape attempt would be quelled. Or I prefare it to be quelled this is a pride after all. I would prefare people not to join if they are just going to join to escape ya know seems a bit pointless. Tho like I said I am perfectlly open to escape attempts but nyek will not be pleased and certainly any lion that attempts it will be severely punished.

On another note. The idea of the oasis being in the middle of the desert is this ~ you can't drag a whole lot of creatures accross a desert. It takes skill and a good navigational head to ghet accross it in the first place. as a cub would you remember which way you entered the oasis? Starting an escape would be quite difficult you may acctually escape in to the desert not towards the jungle which is the nearest safe haven. It can't be seen from the oasis and Nyek will only leave when noones watching / will only take those loyal to him out to the jungle for recruiting.

I'm not trying to be too moddish but the idea of the desert oasis is that it's an amazing strong hold you couldn't attack it with a bunch of lions because you'd probably loose half of them in the sans and you couldn't escape unless you were 100 % sure where you were going cause you might just get lost in the sands.

the firekin slaves live in the desert though not in an oasis across a desert theres a difference. The differnce being that the firkins lands border the seraghetti while nyeks lands border a white sanded desert where the sand would shift daily. think sahara deserty.

nyek knows his way via the stars. like desert caravanners he uses the nights lights for his direction and sticks to it. If you don't know the stars he uses to get back to the jungle and back to the oasis theres ways to leave just no gurantee you'll ever find the jungle again.
