Etana felt the blush creep up on her face as Pello was so - not only open, but enthralled by the idea. "Are you sure? Had you thought about it before?" She asked him. She wasn't one to normally pick at something, but she felt like she wanted to be sure they could do it.
"Would we go back to Haukea before we try? Do we stay here?" There was so much to figure out, and she was suddenly nervous. Who knew that a plot of land could move things along so much?

"I admit I have." He replied simply, very Hapuna in his casual reaction, "It seemed more of a when instead of an if. Just naturally something I imagined we'd end up doing. Starting a family together."
At her next question he paused before shrugging, very much not a thinker in such details.
"I don't see an issue with staying or going. It really depends on where is the best place to start...we can always go once they are old enough to join us."

Etana nodded her head, giving Pello another kiss as her mind imagined their future family. “It’s exciting. I think this was the perfect gift for us.” She said with such great gratitude in her voice. They had come a long way from the kids they were who used to write to each other in Kahikina.

He smiled and pulled her closer, letting out a hum of contentment.
"We've got a lot to do if we're to prepare this for a family. I'd like to sketch out your vision and see if we can figure out what we need."
He rambled on, excited at building a home for them to grow into, pleased at how his surprise ended up in the end.

Etana leaned into Pello and enjoyed the warmth of his embrace. She was ready for this new leg in their journey and was excited for the adventure that would be parenthood. Of course, there was so much more to plan, but the details could wait for later. For now she was going to enjoy the glow surrounding them and their new hidden home.
