Revna 4
Revna's frown deepened as she listened, the youngling actually agreeing with Silfi for once. "He sounds like a bully." She growled, her golden eyes glancing towards her older sister defiantly. Why would Yngvara want to be alone with anyone like that?! She scoffed at Ziya's words, the youngling turning to her brother in disbelief. "Z-ziya!" She shook her head. "No guy should be worth leaving your family without a word! Especially if it's because he's threatening you!" She protested as she glanced between her older siblings before looking at Silfi to see her reaction to the very idea that this could be a romantic thing. Why was Ziya suddenly seeming okay with sending Yngvara away? This was so not right! But now she was worried that Yngvara would be able to leave...especially since Ziya had given her a chance to spin it into such a situation.

Yngvara 5
He may not have wanted to talk about it, but Yngvara was practical about it. She may not come back from this and as much as it unnerved her it also made her that much more determined to go through with it. If she didn't then it may have been her sisters or Ziya himself that would pay for the hunting parties screw up.
"No, he doesn't." If he'd been taller he would have looked down the length of his nose at her for the entirety of their conversation. Yngvara gave the the dagger on her hip - one of many- a pat. The intent was clear; if he tried anything she wasn't planning one going down easy. "He was clear; it's just the two of us. Less that go the easier it is to hide."
At the mention of alone time Yngvara narrowed her eyes. "If I had intentions of laying with him I could have done so already and been over this. He's far from homely, but beyond his blood he's worthless." She gave Revna a pensive look before sighing, "He is a bully, but a powerful one. People like that can't be ignored."

Silfi 5
"If he can't be ignored then why can't Ziya go?" The idea of her older sister going off with someone like that made her stomach crawl. Especially when Ziya started talking about romance! If Yngvara was going to be with anyone it should be someone like Papa or Uncle Ergon or....or....anyone else.
"Isn't an heir the oldest? That makes Ziya an heir too; not you. If the Sarg-sun heir gets to make decisions for his family then Ziya should make them for ours." It made perfect sense to her. After all, that's what big brothers did, right? Made sure everything was safe and taken care of? "Besides, he's has lots more romantic experience than you do. I've never seen you with anyone and sometimes people talk about these girls Ziya sees in the woods...." Catching herself, Silfi looked away, "You'd be lots better at it, big brother."

Ziya looked at Yngvara, hoping and praying that she would take the bait about making light of the situation but then nope it was tossed to the side. Lovely improv skills, søst. Even Silfi was going along with it! The very mention of his meetings with girls in the woods had him looking momentarily sheepish before he shook off the commentary. Later, we'll figure out who is talking about that later. For now he had to focus on Yngvara and this mess. "Look, if you're determined to see this through then I cannot stop you because even if we fight here and I drag you home it would be a hassle to keep watching over you until this was resolved. Even if I would be able to handle certain aspects better, thank you Silfi for that confidence, it seems Yngvara is the chosen one for this particular situation." He managed finally as he looked between the siblings. "But you should at least explain to mother or leave a note for our parents if there's not enough time." Their father was not always home and lately it felt more like Ziya could be stepping up as an older sibling to help parent the younger ones and the last thing he wanted was for their little sisters to get the impression that Yngvara was in trouble or allowing someone to bully her into something dangerous....though it may be far too late for that. Now he would also have to hope that Revna and Silfi didn't try to sneak away after Yngvara...what a mess.
"If you don't want to admit your intentions then I'll have to accept that as long as it doesn't endanger anyone. However, I want to at least know the outline of a route and if I don't receive word within a week I will come flying down to Matori to help out." Ziya's bi-colored gaze narrowed. "If they want to try to throw anyone in jail then good luck taking on a whole village." He warned in a low voice before suddenly smirking and letting out a laugh, an attempt to lighten the mood. "Plus, I want to see anyone try to stop Yngvara...the guy would be tossed off a cliff or in the ocean if he dared tried to touch you, bully or not. If he's that worthless you better not let his blood enter our bloodline, mother would be pissed since we can only have survivors and the best there is."

"Yeah..." Revna opened her mouth to agree with Silfi before pausing as the rest of the reasoning fell into place. Ziya romancing a bully for them because he had experience with girls? "Wait what? I don't think being with girls in the woods....well, I don't think that would help him with some bully." Though Ziya did have a way of attracting others...she didn't even know if the bully would want their brother if he already had his eyes on Yngvara! But it would be nice if Ziya could at least tag along. A loud sigh left her lips as Ziya seemingly closed the matter, the girl crossing her arms in defiance. "A note would be nice at least." She muttered with a frown. "And if something did happen then you better be pushing people off a cliff instead of letting them get away with stuff." Revna added with a pout towards Yngvara. "I'm too young to become the oldest sister suddenly."

[Yngvara 6]
"You know as well as I that if I told mor anything she would forbid it." Family meant everything to her. Sylvirah would feel grief if something happened to Yngvara on a hunt, but accept that it was nature's will. If she found out it was a blackmail plot by another earthling..."She would have his heart in a pot and their entire clan would descend on us. Better for her to believe that I've gone on a hunt or after far."
Ziya's threat about taking on the village just worried her more. Their people were stronger together - she knew that- but they were still rebuilding. They couldn't afford to have a wealthy house - much less one that tied into Zidel's political scene - chasing after them.
With a huff, Yngvara started to dig around her pack for her map. When she had it - a 'gift' from the heir in question, clearly by the quality of it - she walked over toward her brother and unfurled it to show him the route. "I don't have anything for you to mark it down, but can you memorize it? At least the gist?" And, as she came closer, Yngvara brushed her hand against Revna's head.
"Come here; I want you two to look at it too in case Ziya forgets." Maybe by involving them she could at least take away some of the worry? She never intended to make either of her sisters fear for her, but it was inevitable with Ziya. "I wish that I could push him off a cliff. It'd be a lot faster that way."

[Silfi 6]
"Revna." Silfi leaned to the side and 'whispered' out of the corner of her mouth. "You're a bully and you're a girl. It's the same thing." Wasn't that completely obvious? If you had experience with one you had experience with the other just like how far could switch from baking little cakes and little pies. It just worked.
Besides, even if Yngvara didn't bicker with her like Revna she could give a glare hard enough to refreeze the ground so Silfi obviously knew what she was talking about.
When they were motioned closer, Silfi wiggled between her big siblings and looked over the map. It was so much nicer than anything she'd seen before, with little flecks of gold around the edges, but that didn't mean she could read it.

Ziya's lips pressed tightly together as he pondered their options. Not like Yngvara was giving them much of a choice, unless he truly wanted to try to toss her over his shoulders and drag her home, but Ziya knew it would be a waste of effort to try to start a fight like this. Yngvara would probably give him a good blackeye for his troubles as well which was something he would much rather avoid, especially since she could just slip away again in the near future the moment anyone looked away. "Fine. A hunt works as long as at least some of us know to check in if we don't hear back." He agreed finally, the hybrid nodding that he could memorize the route. While Ziya struggled with other certain things, colors mostly, the young hunter could memorize a map.
"Well if you take that route towards the western coast there's plenty of cliffs..." Teased Ziya, still trying to lighten the mood despite the worry that knotted his stomach. "But you'll be going along that way towards Matori then? There's a village there, making that a stop would be ideal. I can track from there as long as you leave something with the locals or at least shop around. Surely they'll remember someone as unique looking as you, søster." He took a step back in case either of their younger sisters wanted to take a peek at the map before glancing over Yngvara again, his expression gentle as he studied her. "You have plenty of supplies? Arrows and all that good stuff?" A casual question, but a firm offer in case she needed him to help her before departing.

"I don't..." Revna's cheeks flushed as she prepared to argue with Silfi before simply shaking her head. "Never mind." It looked like nothing she would say today was going to help anyways. She just swore if mor found out about this and they got in trouble instead...well she would definitely have Ziya speak up for them! This was on his head now. She glared towards her siblings before relenting so that she could peek towards the map.
"Stopping at the village would be a good idea, especially if you manage souvenirs." Revna added after a moment, glancing away almost sheepishly. "If we're going to keep our mouths shut then it'll be nice to know that you thought about us along the way before returning." She was most definitely not happy about this still, but was the type to at least try and gain something good out of a bad situation.

Yngvara 7
"Just make sure you stay back, bror. He'll never notice you, but if we have to stay in an area for long due to a storm or supplies word may spread if you skulk around too much." She couldn't imagine that this little rich boy wouldn't be on edge. He'll likely jump at every sound, which would make getting anything by him harder.
Yngvara adjusted the map so the girls could get a better look and turned to Ziya. Her features softened some, and she nodded. "Plenty of arrows, plenty of daggers and a few coins I've saved back." In the village gold didn't buy much, but in the outside world...it might be the only thing to get her back. She was experienced enough that Yngvara wasn't worried about feeding them, but bandits were another story.
"Souvenirs? Are you extorting me, Revna?" Goddess, what a brazen thing! She dipped down just enough to n** at the top of Revna's pointed ear. "Fine. Gifts for all of you, but I get to to pick them."

Silfi 7
"I think it would be really nice if you could mark on the map some cool spots to stop, too. Y'know; for when far travels and for when we might go one day."
When Yngvara gave her a look Silfi's cheeks puffed up. "I know it's not a fun trip, but I'm just saying if you see some really pretty rocks, or a nice place to camp or a cool other village you could write it down! You're going to be going anyway so maybe it'll be something nice to take your mind off the butthole you're going with."

"What word? That some handsome guy is just wooing too many of the locals?" Teased Ziya with a small smirk. "No worries. I'll only track after you if I don't hear anything in the next few days. I heard Matori is nice this time of year, a good change from so much snow." His amusement only grew with the girls' requests, the hybrid relaxing a bit more since it appeared everyone was accepting that Yngvara would be off on her own for this particular journey. A reluctant blessing...but one none-the-less for safe travels at least.
"Gifts are nice. Thank you." Ziya added with a chuckle before suddenly pulling Yngvara close for a hug. "Trygge reiser." He whispered before stepping back with a small smile. "Bak skyene er himmelen alltid blå." Ziya referenced the old saying, an encouragement that eventually the skies would be blue again since this situation surely would be resolved soon. Though now he had to deal with two particularly dangerous storm clouds. Ziya glanced at his younger siblings, resigned in the fact that this was actually happening, and held out his hands. "We should probably head home and let Yngvara get on her way. Ready?"

Revna just gave a slight shrug before flushing at the n** to her ear. "Sheesh. Double presents for certain then." She mumbled, rubbing the tip of her ear as she pouted towards her older sister. What was she a toddler again where everyone threatened to nom on her ears? All she could do though was nod at Silfi's suggestions as well. As much as she loved being in the village it wasn't a horrible idea to at least take a trip one day towards the ocean. She always heard lovely tells about it though Revna would much rather keep to her snow and ice than any sand and burning sun.
While Ziya gave Yngvara a hug, Revna was stubborn and simply took her older brother's hand so that they could return home. Though there was a moment after the first step, a look crossing her face that expressed mixed emotions before she glanced over her shoulder once more. "Vær trygg." Revna managed before turning her chin upwards and facing away once more. "Let's get home. I'm ready for something to eat." And just like that she trudged along, totally not worried about her older sister...not at all.
