The moment Mercy's turn came up she practically threw the dice in her hand, racing to get out of the square that contained the mass of deadly rats coming for her. "Oh thank god." When she made it to her destination, a loud screech made her eyes go wide. "WHAT NOW?!" she was not prepared for the onslaught of bats that came crashing down on her, nipping and scratching. The screams of terror and frustration was as loud as they could be, followed by some of the bats squeaking in pain as her fist and stilettoed shoes started flying. "I'm so sick of this s**t!"
Her mood was bad before but now, she was practically seeing red at this point. It was like she powered up and used her own powers on herself. Hunger hit her like a freight train, which didn't help the mood she was in, nor did the chill tat hit her bones. After this was all over, she would need to call Lily for a sparring session.
Bats. Maybe you missed them attacking earlier, but they’re back again, and angrier than ever. Instead of just screeching or scratching, they’re swooping down and biting now–and the effects are instantaneous. The little teeth are sharp and painful, but once bitten you might feel agitated and prone to violence, and you might feel perpetually cold and hungry with no relief in sight. The effects might last when you leave the square–or they might linger for a few hours or days after you get out of here.

Eli practically threw his dice just to get the ******** out of the square he was currently in, racing for the exit. He was DONE! THANK GOD!

When Dmitry collapsed onto the floor, his die slipped from his hands and rolled to a stop at the number 1. He woke with a gasp and wasted no time grabbing his die and racing out through the only open space in front of him. When he made it to the space, the smell is what hit him first. He tried to back track, but found that he couldn't move, in fact it felt like he was sinking...."What the ********?" He tried to move his foot, tried to wriggle his way out, and yet, the sinking continued despite his efforts. He was sinking rapidly, so while his hand was free, he threw his dice, hopping it would land on something significant.
Space 10:
A swampy smell fills the air. You take a step, and you seem to sink into it. Mud creeps over your feet, and you sink rapidly. Ankle deep, knee deep. Whether or not you squirm and fight against it, you are sinking. The mud is crushing and painful, and if you sink too deep it steals the breath from your lungs. There’s nothing to grab onto; you have to roll your dice quickly before that too gets sucked into the muddy quicksand.

From the stickiness that he figured was a web, Damien threw his die and it landed in the web on the number two. Before the spiders could get to him, Damien made his way out of the square and onto the next one. The howls that started as soon as he stepped on the square, and they were deafening. A howl started on his right and left side, alerting him to the fact that there were more than one of these beasts. He cracked his neck and hands, staring at the pair of yellow eyes that appeared in the darkness.
"Bring it."
Space 17:
Something howls in the distance. It’s loud and echoes with such ferocity it seems to shake you. On the other side of you–another howl. Closer. This one is loud enough to hurt your ears. The ground trembles with the force of something charging at you. A growl, a snarl. Yellow eyes staring you down. There’s not just one monster out there–there’s several, and they’re all coming for you.
